The penthouse is located within a holiday complex (Maritim), directly on the coast of Puerto de la Cruz. Despite the private rental of the penthouse, the facilities of the hotel can be used by you. On the grounds you will find a large subtropical garden, three freshwater pool areas (one of them heated), a miniature golf course, padel and tennis courts and a gym. The sauna and various massage treatments can also be used for a fee. A shuttle service will take you to Puerto de la Cruz free of charge on all days, except Sundays. The black sand beach Playa Jardin is located about 800 meters from the complex.
In two restaurants overlooking the sea, we serve national and international specialties, or enjoy the view in one of the two bars.

The apartment has a bedroom with TV, a bathroom, a kitchen with seating area and free Wi-Fi. Maximum sleeping comfort is provided by your cozy double bed.
