Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung, es freut uns sehr, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt bei uns genossen haben. Das Haus ist ca. 50 Meter von der Strasse entfernt. Es gibt Gäste die sind Geräuschempfindlicher, andere weniger. Für absolute Ruhe muss man viel höher in den Bergen wohnen ;-)

We had to pick you up at a hotel several kilometers from the house because you did not follow the directions to get to our house and were unsure how to arrive back. When you arrived you brushed the car when entering the gate. This gate measures 4 meters wide. Whereas the car has a width of 2 m, it is not a narrow entrance. Nothing similar has ever happened. You said it was your fault because you did not know how to drive cars with gears, but only automatic. Any customer who has doubts about the use of any appliance will get explained. You did not ask anything. Still, it is not of great difficulty. The stove is turned on and off with a button. In the washing machine it is described on the outside. The television is turned on and off with the big red button on the remote. Something usual in all the TV of the market. After showing you the house, and helping you with your pone to be connected to the wifi, you were accompanied again to a supermarket and later to a telephone store. I was surprised when you called us an hour later that your keys did not work for entering the house. There are 2 keys, that is, it is not that difficult either. Your luck was that the neighbors opened the door with the supposed wrong key. The house is located on a farm and has a wonderful garden. It is normal that from time to time there are some small animals. If it rains and ants come in, you can take some spray. It's what the owner would have done. It was not necessary to move for this. I understand that being in a strange country can be difficult. We try to help in everything we can and make your stay as pleasant as possible. But we are not a hotel with 24-hour room service, we do not provide those services. Even so, we did everything described above and every time we were called to ask for a taxi, we did it. By the way, if you are coming to the island for the first time, it can be difficult to find the place. A local taxi driver does find it. We also helped you when the police called us about the car accident you had. I find your review tremendously unfair, since you are evaluating a service that we do not have to lend and you have not valued the house itself. It is a house for self catering without 24 hour attention. Of course, if there is a serious problem we are always available.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Kommentare. Es ist dieses Jahr im Mai noch etwas kühl, da der Pool aber auf 27 Grad beheizt ist, wird er von den Gästen sogar im Januar genutzt. Die Kissen und Bettdecken sind 2 Jahre alt. Ich verstehe nicht, warum diese erneuert werden müssen. Auf Teneriffa haben die Häuser keine Zentralheizung, daher die elektrischen Heizer. Wenn es abends etwas kühler ist, ziehen die Insulaner einfach einen Pullover an. Es sind ja durchaus angenehme Temperaturen.

Es freut uns, dass es Ihnen gut gefallen hat. In der Veranda ist eine Sitzbank und Stühle die auch aussen genutzt werden können. WIr lassen diese ungern die ganze Zeit draussen stehen, aber natürlich darf der Gast diese rausstellen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Eierbecher fehlen uns in vielen Häusern. Es ist hier nicht einfach welche zu finden, da es nicht üblich ist. Bei meinem nächsten Deutschlandaufenthalt besorge ich wieder welche. Man hört vom Gartenbereich natürlich die Strasse, im Haus ist es jedoch ruhig. Es freut uns, dass es Ihnen gefallen hat.
