Location is great as well, close to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. You will not be disappointed nor will you find this level of luxury anywhere for this price!

Disappointed

The condo was very dated with chipped tile and rust in kitchen and bathrooms. It was filthy though out with threadbare and stained towels and sheets. The mattress was lumpy and old, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The furniture was worn and the dishwasher was not attached to the cabinetry and fell out and also leaked so badly we had to call maintenance who was there for an hour and couldn't fix it. We are so disappointed and disgusted that we won't be heading back.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear your stay didn’t meet expectations, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Regarding the dishwasher, our maintenance technician did discover that liquid soap had been used, which led to the unfortunate cascade effect. While it wasn’t quite the “water feature” we intended for the kitchen, we’ve since secured the dishwasher and made sure it’s ready for proper use moving forward. We understand that some aspects of the condo felt dated and less than ideal. Your comments about the linens, furnishings, and overall cleanliness have been shared with our Property Care Manager for review and potential updates. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we’re committed to making improvements where needed. We’re sorry this visit fell short and hope there’s an opportunity in the future to provide you with a much better experience.

DISAPPOINTING

A/C went out upon arrival first NIGHT. Spent the entire NEXT DAY, continually calling to make sure it was fixed before the evening. Management did try to make it right with a free dinner. Tv’s went out the next day. Still no TV UPON CHECKOUT. Very load EVERYWHERE. Every morning at 5am there was what sounded like the garbage truck.. YES EVERY MORNING! The people above us which was 2 seperate families moving chairs and walking and laughing WAS JUST VERY LOAD! Not their fault the building just isn’t built for noise.. Terrible to experience. Will not be back. I asked for a portion refund and all they wanted to give was $160😂😂😂

Garbage pickup is scheduled throughout the week to ensure our community stays clean and neat for everyone to enjoy and while we love the small town feel of our gulf coast beaches, it is a popular destination for people all over the country in the summer. Regarding the building noise disturbances, we understand how this impacted your stay and reported it to the onsite building management right away for handling. We value your patronage and are committed to ensuring the best possible experience for all our guests.
