**Our cabin is now Blue! New exterior photos posted for 2025 season, also the cabin is directly on the lake as shown in the photos** Enjoy our waterfront cabin with friends and family on the lake with a hot tub! Our place is a must stay - wake up and enjoy wall-to-wall water views, partake in some fishing or kayaking and have a relaxing evening by the fire. Bringing your boat or renting one nearby? No problem, you’ll have a private dock to use. No matter the time of year you’ll find everything you need at our getaway on the lake!

Please note- some items are seasonal and are at the owner's discretion when they are available (paddle boat, kayaks, fireplace, outside furniture, holiday decor, etc). Contact hosts with any questions.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please close up the outside bar if it was used.
Please make sure the hot tub cover is back on and strapped down.
Please make sure all kayaks / paddle boats are put away and not on the grass.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is absolutely no smoking of any kind in the house or covered patio- there will be a smoking fee of $250 charged if this rule is not followed.
Please do not take or damage anything from the house. Missing items or any damaged items will be charged to the guest.
All guests agree to release the hosts and owner and hold them harmless of any liabilities that may arise from incidents or accidents during stay.

I am originally from Lima, Ohio but have lived in Columbus for the past 15 years. My husband Jerred and I manage other rentals, but this is the first we own! You will find photos of our English Bulldog, Murphy and Great Dane, Toomey that love to come up to Indian Lake.

Why they chose this property

North St. Cabin is perfect for family and friends to enjoy the lake. The Cabin is located on Dunn's Pond that is no wake for boaters so great for guests to enjoy the paddle boat or canoe out on the water! There are outdoor games as well as a relaxing hammock right by the water. You can enjoy the firepit with peaceful views of the lake.

What makes this property unique

Our cabin has a large driveway to accommodate 5 vehicles. Also, there is enough dock space to dock up to 2 boats. The boat lift is not usable for guests however. Inside the cabin we used some personal touches with old skis as decoration that are actually our parents from when they were younger!
