Josh was so kind to welcome us on the day of arrival and the house was available early which was a pleasant surprise. The pineapple house was so cute, well stocked with everything including some fresh groceries to get us started. It was incredibly thoughtful of him to do that. The beds, linens and towels were all high quality and very comfortable. The jacuzzi was a nice treat after a long day. Josh found out after we arrived that we were celebrating our Mom’s 70th birthday and he sent flowers/a birthday balloon. Truly above and beyond hosting
