Cozy home in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood centrally located in the heart of Fort Myers. 15 minute drive to downtown Fort Myers, beaches, I-75 and within 30 minutes of Miromar and Sanibel outlets and 1 hour from Naples.

2 bedrooms and an office with the capability to sleep up to 11 people in spacious common areas. Bring the whole family or escape to paradise with friends! Living room is equipped with dual queen sleeper sofas with additional twin sleeper chairs in the family room. Twin over queen bunk beds in the guest bedroom and a king bed in the grand bedroom. Furniture is brand new!

Fully equipped kitchen with oven / stove, microwave, coffee pot and single-serve coffee machine. Large dining room table and smaller breakfast table near the kitchen.

2 large bathrooms, 1 bathtub.

Baseball Showcase

We were in Ft Myers for a baseball showcase with oldest grandson, the home was within a 15 min drive to Jet Blue Stadium with easy access. Neighborhood was quiet and hime was relaxing after a long day at the park! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for us

Mathew was so easy to work with. The house was wonderful and with our unique situation I couldn't have found a better place and a more accommodating owner. We ended up renting for a month. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful house

The house was better than I expected! The fold out twin beds were surprisingly comfortable and the house was incredibly clean. My toddler was safe and it was a great space for him. We did not use anything in the kitchen but everything seemed perfect if we needed to.
