There are beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler for you to go enjoy the beautiful beaches

Only four miles from beautiful Fort Myers beach and the new Margaritaville, close to Sanibel and Captiva with many fabulous restaurants, shopping, and activities close by!

Sleeps 6, the master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa, all windows have blackout curtains. Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room.
Two full bathrooms, one bathroom has a bathtub! Linens for beds and towels are included.

Washer and Dryer are available for use.

Kitchen is equipped with all you need, dining table expands.

There’s a Dart board and table games, cards, and puzzles too!

Perfect for your furry family members too, the fenced in area so they can safely explore!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Strip. The house was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. Close to beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

The location of Kelly St and McGregor Boulevard is central to so many fun places to go- Estero at night, Bunche Beach, Sanibel Causeway beaches, Cape Coral. A Walmart and a Publix, a Target and a popular ice cream shop are also really close. I could walk safely on every street and side street - a very quiet and clean neighborhood.The home has everything needed - lovely big screen TV, great back yard for sunning and reading.

This property was everything we wanted and more! So clean and comfortable, with all the little amenities you would only expect in a hotel stay. The outside spaces were perfect for enjoying sun and shade a like.

Great stay!

I cannot express how happy we were with our stay and the communication with the host. Deanna was able to help us extend our stay and was extremely helpful during our 2 week stay. The property itself was just as listed and very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be booking again in the near future.

Backyard Oasis

Our favorite things were the large assortment of games, the relaxing & inviting backyard/lanai. The location was a short drive to the beach, downtown, and the park. The accommodations were comfortable for the 5 of us. Although there isn’t a ramp there is a railing for the few steps into the home and the master bath has a low entry shower.

Wonderful

As soon as we walked into the property, there was a feeling of being welcomed. The home was tastefully decorated, kitchen, bathrooms had everything that was needed. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels provided. The yard was nice and private, grilled a couple of times, and enjoyed the fire pit. We stayed for 3 weeks, and look forward to next year. Deanna was a fantastic host.

All About Comfort

This is an awesome place to vacation. I've stayed in lots and lots of rentals before, but none were as organized with an eye for detail as this one.They have thought of everything you would need and made sure you have it. The beds were sooo comfy. The location is perfect. There's lots of parking. The neighborhood is nice. If you travel with pets--stay here! They even had some pet stairs for our dog to use.I would spend the whole winter here if I could. Wonderful.
