Perfect location in the heart of Scottsdale! This freshly renovated one bedroom condominium has everything you could need. We are within 10 minutes of the Phoenix Open, the Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction, the Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show, Old Town Scottsdale, and Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. Village III is within walking distance of several restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Additionally the complex has multiple pools, hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, and biking and hiking trails.
The space
This newly renovated space is a beautiful ground level condo with a great relaxing patio with views to the spacious open areas the Village has to offer. The kitchen has all new appliances with a washer and dryer as well. A brand 50' new smart TV has Youtube TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as any other streaming apps you want to use.
Guest access
The Village is a spectacular community offering the best amenities in town. Just outside the back door is one of several pools with a hot-tub. There are several tennis courts, pickleball courts and walking trails around the property. There are also large grassy areas available for any activities you'd want.

Very Nice Condo

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo is exactly how it appears in the photos and Todd was easy to work with. The location is good with a grocery store, restaurants, and shops all very nearby.
