Haus am Wald - Mr. Runggatscher - Cottage on the forest

Our house is very quiet in the immediate vicinity of woods and meadows with garden sitting area and small terrace. Barbecue - including barbecue, charcoal, covering, grill lighter, cleaning - 10 Euro per day of use / bookable on a daily basis. W-LAN: 5 Euro once for the entire period of the booking

Cottage on the forest:
Our cottage has a living room, bedroom, kitchen with shower and a separate toilet. The bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. On request, we offer breakfast (on request also bread service) and dinner for an extra charge. Of course, our barbecue corner is at your disposal. We charge here a fee of 5.00 Euro. Once you have something special in mind, we also look after your child and / or your pet.

Ein auf dem Grundstück der Besitzer befindliches kleines separates Häuschen.Mit viel Liebe und Akribie eingerichtet. (Einrichtungsstiel bitte den Fotos entnehmen, da die Geschmäcker/Vorlieben unterschiedlich sind)Positiv: Sehr sauber, Hundefreundlich, an alles wurde gedacht (von der Ersatztoilettenrolle bis zum Hundehaufenmülleimer mitsamt Schaufelchen)Uns hat nicht so gut gefallen, dass die Toilette über kein Fenster oder einen Außenlüfter verfügt und das die Dusche in einem Raum mit der Küche war.Bei jeglichen Fragen standen die Vermieter jederzeit gerne und freundlich zur verfügung.VielenDank!

"Haus am Wald"...da wohnen die Vermieter

Das "Haus am Wald" ist ein Bungalow mit 2 Zimmern, Küche (inkl Bad) und WC, der absolut gut beheizt, sauber, hell und liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Küche bietet alles was man benötigt, mit 2 Kochzonen, Spüle und aller Geschirrausstattung die man so braucht. Die Dusche befindet sich auch in der Küche, was aber nichts an der Funktion einschränkt. Bequeme Betten gab es hier auch. Gelände ist eingezäunt. Leider könnte die Sauberkeit der Dusche besser sein. Das Platzangebot des Bungalow ist für 2 Personen ausreichend. Wir hatten unseren SH dabei und mussten etwas umräumen damit der Hund auch einen Liegeplatz bekommen konnte. Die Bilder suggerieren einen solitären Platz am Wald. Realistisch betrachtet ist es aber ein Bungalow auf einem Grundstück, 4m² Rasen daneben und eine Hecke ringsum. Generell ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und eine schöne Lage. Eine Wiese für die Hunde-Runde ist direkt vor der Unterkunft.

Hundefreundliches Häschen mit allem, was man braucht

Sehr gespflegtes und sehr sauberes Ferienhaus mit allem, was man im Alltag benötigt. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemühte, fragte mehrmals, ob alles in Ordnung war.

Sehr schönes ruhiges Ferienhaus

Es war wirklich sehr entspannt dort einen Kurzurlaub zu verbringen. Es war schön ruhig und der Vermieter war wirklich sehr freundlich und höflich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auch unser Hund war sehr willkommen.

Das Häuschen ist klein, lässt aber keine Wünsche offen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein. Schöner ruhiger Urlaub, Erholung garantiert.

Die Hausherren waren sehr aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein, was uns sehr angenehm aufgefallen i

Es handelt sich um eine Gartenlaube mit 38 m Grundfläche und die Dusche ist in der Küche integriert! Aber die 38 m² wurden mit sehr viel Liebe zum Delail ausgebaut und lassen weder an Sauberkeit noch an Feingefühl fürs Detail zu wünschen übrig. manche Ferienwohnung mit über 50m², sind nicht so gemütlich und praktisch wie diese.

Mit Liebe zum Detail

Im Ferienhaus ist an alles gedacht, es ist liebevoll dekoriert, es fehlte an nichts. Die Küchenausstattung ist hervorragend, selbst eine schöne Auswahl an Tee ist vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
