The host was very welcoming! Showed me around and made sure I had everything I needed. Think of this VRBO as a hotel studio room. It is spacious for about 2 or 3 people. No stove, but they have a hot plate and microwave. Also, there is a gas grill. The yard space is nice for a small occasion 40-50 people. the patio is SPACIOUS, CLEAN, and has two coverings. This place was just about perfect. The one thing we had an issue with was it smelled like smoke from burning wood. It did not linger with plugin air fresheners.
