Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This marvelous 3 story townhome is located in the heights area of Houston. Only a few minutes away from the freeway 610 w ,restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers. Also about a couple minutes away from downtown. Calm & wonderful area to walk your dog or go for a walk yourself. The townhome is comfortable including all amenities. And a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, and a 58’’ tv in the living room.
*Small back Patio.
*pet fee $95 per pet, max 2 pets.
*If you damage any items in the home or if any items are missing, you will be charged the items amount to replace the item.
*there is no tolerance for partying, loud music, smoking marihuana, inside or outside the house. there is a fee of $500 if any of these rules are broken. when violented we will ask you to leave the property.
*Early check-ins, are not guaranteed, you will need to send a message asking us if you could check-in early.
*unauthorized late check outs will be charged a fee of $55.
* DO NOT BLOCK MAIN DRIVEWAY .
guest can park two cars in the garage. no parking is allowed in the driveway of townhomes. Failure to do so may result in the towing of your vehicle. Host is not liable for any damages incurred or any towing costs.
* Do not burn any candles or any other open flames.
