From the 2nd level back deck, sip your morning coffee or your favorite evening beverage and watch deer or wild turkeys come out of the woods into our backyard. Sunsets are beautiful from the deck! The same peaceful setting is available from the patio outside the lower level suite.

You and your guests can spread out over this 3 story home with 2 kitchens (full kitchen and a kitchenette) 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.

The large living area and adjoining deck offer plenty of places to relax with others or find a place for some peace and quiet.

There are places for 10 people to enjoy a meal or snack at the kitchen island bar. Overflow seating is available in the adjoining dining room or outside the kitchen on the spacious deck.


Guest Access:
You’ll have access to all three levels of the home including use of the garage.

The fireplace is unavailable.

Park in one of the 3 - 4 driveway spaces. Street parking is not advisable except in situations of necessity.


Interaction with Guests:
My husband and I moved to Nashville in 1994. We’ve watched this city’s transformation. We want to answer any questions you might have during your stay.

If we’re unavailable we have partnered with the Wilsons, a wonderful couple who’ve been in the Nashville area for generations.


Other Details to Note:
The property’s lower level offers a parking space for handicap access to the area of the home designed as an in-law suite.

This space, with a bedroom, full bathroom and a kitchenette is perfect for guests that do not want to navigate stairs or who want a little more seclusion.

Recycling:
The Nashville recycling program accepts all recyclables except glass.

All items must be rinsed clean. No sorting necessary.

If you want to join us in recycling, please rinse your recyclables, allow them to drip dry then place them in the white recycle bin between the refrigerator and the oven in the main kitchen.

Our home is conveniently located to live entertainment at Nashville’s famous Bluebird Cafe.

Nature lovers will enjoy Radnor Lake State Park or the 3100+ acre Percy Warner / Edwin Warner Park system. The Nashville Greenway rounds out the nature options near our home.

Some of our favorite coffee and food places near us are: Taziki’s Mediterranean Grill, ML Rose Burgers & Craft House, Mère Bulles, El Palenque, Brixx Pizza, The Well Coffeehouse and so much more.

History fans will discover we are an easy drive to Belle Meade Plantation, Travelers Rest and Belmont Mansion.
