You will be close to everything when you stay at our 12 South home! We are located by Belmont and Music Row in the hip 12 South district. Our 3 bed 2.5 bath house w/ huge roof deck has everything for a great stay!

Great location for a relaxing friends trip. You can walk or take a short uber to lot of great restaurants and shopping.

Great Stay, Would Highly Recommend!

Our group of 4 women had a fantastic stay here! The house was super cute, comfortable and walkable to lots of stuff. Whatever we couldn't walk to it was a short Uber ride away.

Great location

We stayed here during parent weekend at Belmont. It was perfectly located between campus and all of the restaurants on 12 South. Thanks for an easy home base!

Nashville girls trip

Property was perfect. Host was extremely responsive. Comfy bedrooms, lots of outdoor spaces and fabulous den with a big sofa for long chats over coffee or cocktails. Location was excellent and street is lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful Home! Like Home!

Our stay was amazing! Quality home and every ammenity you can think of! Beautifully decorated and only a 5 min drive to broadway. Close to the Glutch. We felt like we were literally staying in our home in Nashville. Safe neighborhood. We plan on staying again on our next trip to Nashville.

Quiet Perfection!

Beautiful place full of thoughtful touches that made the place feel homey. The neighborhood and property were so quiet and perfect for our family get away. It exceeded expectations. And host communication was excellent. Highly recommend.

Great house in a great neighborhood!

This house was perfect for my husband and three kids to use as a home base for exploring Nashville. We had a lot of fun walking into the heart of 12 South as well as driving to all the city hot spots. The house was a great fit with beds for everyone, several decks including a rooftop space, and multiple TV's with streaming. Candice was very responsive with my questions and a fantastic host.

Perfect base for exploring Music City USA

This home is absolutely awesome! Before our arrival, the owner gave us the combination for the front door, so we didn't have to meet anyone to check in. The home was tastefully decorated in a country-music theme.The dining room and family room were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. We had a two-year-old with us. The home had a pack-and-play with sheets, a high chair, and a stroller that were nice. If we ever come back to Nashville, we certainly will want to stay here again.

Wonderful Nashville rental

The house was perfect for our group of 7 friends on a girls trip to Nashville. The owner communicated well throughout the booking process and before our trip and even allowed us to check in early since our flights arrived in the morning. The location was perfect - we walked to the 12 South shopping area and the Gulch from the house, and an Uber ride to Broadway was less than $10 and always quickly available. We used up the paper towels that were at the house during our trip, and the owner quickly provided more. Lots of towels, extra blankets, and extra toiletries were available to use. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

My husband and I have lived in Nashville for over 15 years. It truly is home and we love it! We both have worked in the Music Industry for many years. I have hosted two other properties in 12 South and am so happy to finally welcome to guests to our home. This has been our home since 2008 and it truly is situated in the best spot for exploring the city.

Why they chose this property

You'll love the location of this house. Perfectly situated in 12 South and close to Music Row, Downtown, and Midtown. It is right in the middle of everything!
This property is a house not a townhome giving you some nice privacy.
The inside is open and features a very large kitchen with professional gas range and stove. The Master bedroom is a star, with soaring ceiling and windows (with blackout curtains). You'll love all of the beds, as they are each new and very comfortable. I also made sure to get the softest sheets.
Enjoy entertaining on any of the 5 outdoor spaces: Two balconies, Two porches, and a Massive 700 sq/ft roofdeck.
