We enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room. The best stocked kitchen of any vrbo we have stayed in. The beds were very comfortable. The owners were quick to respond with any questions we had.

Thank you for staying with us. We are thrilled that you liked our kitchen. We really worked hard to think of everything that someone who likes to cook might need to enjoy cooking. We love, Love, Love that you liked our beds. It is hard to make decisions about new mattresses.
Stayed here for our annual girls weekend getaway. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen had pretty much anything we needed to cook with. We loved the screened in porch and the pavilion with the hot tub. The host was super easy to get ahold of and answered any questions I had.

We really try to make things nice for our guests. We do not charge a cleaning fee and we have cleaners that come in. We really try to be good hosts and offer value.
I rented this wonderful home for my family to stay to attend my mother’s birthday! We had such a great time! The home was wonderfully decorated and immaculate! Had everything we needed! I highly recommend this home! Beautiful setting on the lake! We will stay here again if the occasion presents itself!

We enjoyed hosting you and would be so happy to welcome you back
This place is great! Everyone loved it. I can’t wait to go back in the Spring, Summer & Fall. I actually booked this for the “least pretty” time of year for Arkansas, but it was PERFECT!

We can’t wait to host you again! Hopefully our hot tub and sleeping porch will be up and going for your next visit
This is the first time we have all booked a trip where all of my siblings could be there. The house was perfect for the gathering and had so much space for our little girls (the bunk house) and great sitting and talking space too! The kitchen was so well stocked so we didn't have to go without! The paddle boat was also fun and we made some great memories in that too! Overall, just perfect for our family gathering! Would highly recommend for families and would definitely stay there again!
This is on a very steep hillside. It's a really nice place, great back porch. If you rent the bunkhouse it does not have a bathroom...you have to walk to the hot tub/game area which isn't too far. The parking area is for 3 vehicles and the rest must park down the hillside. The kitchen was nicely stocked and beautiful. The lake access is tricky if you are older or out of shape but can be done. Quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed it.

Our home was built in the 1980's but 3 years ago we spent 6 figures and gutted the house with licensed electricians and plumbers to bring it up to our safety and beautification standards. So it is older but updated. We have found that kids love the bunk house just a 30 second walk to the bathroom and close to the video games. There are 3 parking spots in our driveway right now and a paved road down to park more below. Most people don't have a problem with that. The pavement extends down to the white line then there is a path to the lake. The 80 year old in our family is able to handle it just fine but I suppose it is not for everyone. We find it an easy decline. The sleeping porch is a nice stop to dry off on the way back up.
Abrasive and unapologetic are not characteristics desired or expected in an owner/host. When the pipes froze due to owner negligence in not only failing to winterize but actually leaving the crawl space doors and water main cover open during a well-forecasted winter cold snap, "You're welcome to check-out" was not the response my family expected at 1am on 23 December, but it was the solution offered by owner. My family banded together, inspected the issue and found ourselves outside in freezing rain at 1am warming the water main with a collection of extension cords and a hair dryer in an effort to save someone else's house. Problem solved before the pipes burst, saving the owner a lot of $$$ in plumbing costs, but seemed only nominally appreciated. You want a host with a list of service providers on hand in the local community. This owner has not developed those relationships. No guest book present at checkin, so I asked the owner for trash day info. "There is no trash service" was the only reply. No trash service for a house that advertises sleeping 14? Not even an outside bin for storage? Our family of 4 found it unreasonable to store trash in the house for the duration of a 10 day stay; can't imagine if the house was at full capacity. Other properties in the surrounding area had trash pick up during our stay, so this was definitely a financial decision on the part of the owner. Owner did not mention the house was an ongoing construction site until the day of checkin. Aside from not being adequately cleaned on the inside, requiring 3 full vacuum bin empties and a wipe down of thick layers of dust from the bathroom vanity and mirror before use, the driveway and parking pad was littered with an assortment of rusty nails, 4-inch screws and broken glass with additional construction trash and dozens of empty water bottles strewn around the property. Tire punctures and tetanus should not be hazards of a stay. The construction trash is a hazard and a blight on what could be a nice landscape. If you're allergic to wasps, beware, as more than a dozen lively wasps crawled out from the ceiling and flew around the house during our stay. We alerted the owner to this with no reply. Lastly, at 6:30 the evening before check-out, the owner changed the previously advertised 11am check-out to 10am. When sent a screen capture of her VRBO listing with 11am clearly listed, she did not accept her mistake, but replied, "check-out is 10am". Trite.

I’m so sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay. We decorated the house for the holidays with a tree and decorations. We came while u were there to check the doors under the house and weatherize the outside water faucets due to an unusual sub-zero turn in the weather. The house was secure and closed. When you called at 1am and said the water was frozen at the main we were willing to let u cancel your stay with a full refund due to the frozen water pipes. Generally the water has to thaw before the pipes can be fixed. We were going to call the plumber in the morning but not at 1am. We felt that request was unreasonable. We even called VRBO at 1AM to get them searching for a suitable place for u to stay. Your husband said u would not leave because u were hosting guests. The booking was for three people not the large group he described. We were thrilled that u were able to thaw the pipes. What a miracle!
The house was left in a mess with dirty dishes being put in the cabinets. We pick up the trash. The excess trash could be stored in the outside shed. The paved driveway was in perfect shape the yard in front of the house had been cleaned but it’s not meant for parking. We told u the pavilion was under construction but the fire pit was usable and there were chairs in the bunk house. We do have service people available but we try to be considerate of them. The rules stated the check out time at 10 AM, but somehow the VRBO gave u an 11 am checkout so I was simply making the listing congruent as u were the 3rd guest. The other guests were happy with the home. U had already in many ways and at many junctions stated that u didn’t want to follow the rules and we’re not pleasant to deal with in general.
