There was a mild SNAFU with check-in, but other than that, we had a great experience! Place was nice and clean, beds were comfy, and the apartment is located extremely close to everything we wanted to check out for the remainder of our stay in Las Vegas.

Perfect Size for what I needed, but…

The location of the house is great , the size of the house is great and the rooms are comfortable. However the house was not properly cleaned prior to arrival, I had to call the host almost five times to get into the unit and there were more than a few maintenance issues that when I expressed to the host, excuses were made. Property management just needs to have better customer service.

Disappointed

Immediately after checking in I realized the home was not cleaned or stocked properly. I had to make a trip to the store for cleaning supplies, air fresheners, paper towels and toilet paper. There was food on the floors and counters. Hair in the showers and on the bathroom floors from previous guest. I needed a roll of toilet paper in one of the bathrooms and found a cabinet with 9 mostly used rolls of toilet paper which some also were wet. I reached out to the host to receive the check out instructions early since I had a family emergency to tend to at home. I was told they were already sent to me, and then was resent the check in instructions. I would not book this home again.

Unfortunately, we found the cleanliness and the overall property a bit underwhelming. When we arrived, there’s a musky smell in the living room and crumbs on the couch. The master bedroom’s bathroom window was open, and it was over 100 degrees outside, so we had to use one of the fans in the other bedroom to help cool it down. The rug around the bed was dirty. The master bathroom had hair in the floor around the shower, on sink and behind the door. One of the other bedrooms had a flossing pick and eye mask behind the nightstand. The pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable, you had to fold them in half or stack them, just to make a normal size filled pillow and they also had an odor. The toilet paper roll holders and towel holders were broke. Along with almost all the blinds throughout the place. The downstairs bathroom, the light switch has a short in it, so the light goes out almost instantly. The garage is very narrow and hard to fit in, the driveway is insanely steep. And We couldn’t park in front of the house because another car was parked there.
