This 1900 sq ft luxury corner condo offers excellent privacy situated on the second floor with gorgeous views of the Sea of Cortez, located in phase I of this magnificent development. The condo is tastefully decorated with local art and uses colors to create a bright and cheerful environment. A spacious outdoor patio/porch is conducive to relaxation: eating and reading.

Satellite TV present in both bedrooms and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cooking amenities. The water has a UV filtration system. A washer and dryer are located in a nice laundry room.

An easy walk (2 miles) to the lovely, historic, downtown San Jose del Cabo. The shopping is unparalleled. The condo is across the street from MEGA Store for stocking food and supplies. A car rental is available though most persons use the city transportation.

Las Mananitas includes two freshwater and one saltwater pool. There is a first class gym, lighted tennis court and putting green. A recently constructed Jack Nicholas golf course is across the street.

Great condo. Comfy beds and nice furniture. Right on ocean. Fully stocked kitchen. Close to grocery store and a few nice restaurants are close by and walkable. Host was great and very responsive. Very secure building. Kids had fun body surfing in waves and pool and hot tubs are great.

The place was perfect! It had everything we needed and more! They had 2 days of coffee with sugars for us as well as spices and olive oil that saved us on starting from scratch. The beds were super comfortable, towels very nice. The outside balcony has a fabulous view of both the ocean and beautiful grounds and pool. It was super easy to check in. They had hot pads, knives, nice pans to cook in, really everything you need. It is a short walk to a really nice grocery store and some really cute restaurants within walking distance. They even had rafts for the pool! Above & beyond our expectations. We had fabulous weather!!

Great condo in great location!

We loved Ron's place. It was spacious, comfortable and. had everything you could possibly need! Honestly, the listing pictures don't even do it justice! Would definitely stay here again.

Las Mananitas is the best! And this condo was a great place to stay as it’s on the 2nd floor of phase 1 with a nice view of the pool, grounds, beach and morning sunrise. Well stocked with all the necessities in the kitchen, towels, bedding , beach chairs, etc to make your stay comfortable. Owner was very responsive and would recommend this condo to others. We would stay here again.

Everything We Hoped For

The condo had everything we needed & some things we didn't expect, like laundry detergent. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. Overall it was decorated nicely and felt homey. The balcony is huge and the views!! Listened to booming waves and saw amazing sunrises. Red flags on the beach, but the pools were very nice. BEST stay for us! Very likely we'll be back.

A perfect space to stay!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to be for a vacation! It was clean, spacious, and the view was incredible. We watched a whale from the balcony and enjoyed spending our time there. The property is also very well maintained and beautiful. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Christmas at Las Mananitas

We have stayed on this property several times before and love the view and location right on the beach. Very handy to be right by the large grocery stores and we uber into town or to local snorkeling beaches easily. The property is very well maintained and clean. Quite spot. Can’t wait to go back!

Great place to stay in San Jose del Cabo

We really enjoyed our stay at Las Maninitas. The condo was just so comfortable--it really had everything we needed. The pool area was especially nice and our balcony area with its view of the ocean was lovely. The complex was very quiet while we were there which was great for us but might not be suited as well to younger people.

Wonderful getaway

Amazing condo in San Jose del Cabo

This was an amazing condo at a perfect location. Everything we needed in the kitchen and extras like pool floaties and beach chairs. The grocery store was basically across the street and lots of fantastic restaurants within walking distance. We will be coming back to stay here again!!
