4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms plenty of room for large family. We are on the water so bring a boat. We have 2 kayaks and 4 bikes and fully stocked kitchen. Tranquil setting water views fire pit plenty of areas to spread out. Smart tv in every room streaming internet pool table in the garage (hot in the summer) Plenty to see and do. 45 min to obx beaches and Virginia Beach. The point and Carolina club golfing nearby. This home has it all! Fully stocked kitchen All linens and towels are provided.. Let me help you make your time here special. I can grocery shop at Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods and Wegmans in VB and have all that you need here at the house when you arrive. There is a dollar general nearby and farm markets right on 168. Coinjock marina and frog island restaurant and Sukura are close too. Food lion is 20 min away. Dogs are welcome! 2 extra ac window units upstairs! (A small work space inside the home is excluded )

Good place for leg family

Very accommodating and helpful. Was able to check in early and they picked up groceries for us. Very responsive to any questions or concerns and dealt with them very quickly.Liked the pool, deck and fire pit.They do need to update listing of beds and rooms (no bunk beds). Very quiet and peaceful area.

Wonderful host and relaxing stay

Debra is a wonderful host! She made sure we had all we needed and more (Thanks for the brownies!) The house is cozy and there is a fenced in yard for dogs. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck in the evening. It was a short but very pleasant stay.

Family time

This rental was great. Our family of 7 had plenty of room for time together and alone time. We all enjoyed the pool and the covered deck. The teens loved the kayaks, fishing, and the bikes. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Absolutely Perfect

You shred stress the moment you drive onto the island. We were greeted with generous care baskets and toys for the kids. The Sound, only meters from the canal, calls directly from the back yard. Outside entertaining is made simple and enjoyable for kids, teens, and adults. Grill, fridge, pool, ample furniture, kayaks, pool toys, and meticulously manicured and adorned landscape/deck greenery make for a perfect environment. Weather kept us inside one day, but tons of space, four televisions, strong wi-fi, a pool table, and great gathering space kept us comfortable and sane. A waterpark, hang-gliding, and kids stuff are but a short drive, and the beaches are about a 30 minute drive. When you come back after a day out, you return to peace and tranquility. Five stars and we will be back!

House was disappointing

House is in need of quite a bit of deferred maintenance. BBQ was dirty, lock on front door did not work, pool table was in the garage next to the lawn equipment (no ac in the garage), yard landscaping was overgrown and needed attention, house had not been deep cleaned in quite some time. All of the owner's things were in the house. Closets were packed full. Every inch of the house taken up with "stuff". Appears the homeowners still live there when not renting out as a VRBO. Expected a much better/cleaner/maintained home for such an expensive rate.

We experienced one the best stays and we would love to share what a beautiful and kind hostess and support from the family. We had a short notice stay due to a close friends horrible diagnosis and unfortunate change in his life. Ironically, we found this place literally several houses down from where we had to be. Additionally, when we got to the house after a long day of travel and delays this amazing hostess left us a pie! Now we know it’s just a pie, but the thoughtfulness behind it. The house was perfect in every way. It was just everything we needed - all the comforts of home, in a beautiful location! Highly recommend and look forward to visiting again!!

Great family vacation

I think the best way to describe this lovely home is Comfortable and Homey! The bedrooms are spread out which is nice for privacy, the bedding and pillows are very comfortable, the master bath is very nice with large walk-in shower with body sprays! The kitchen and pantry are well stocked with many cooking supplies for cooking just about anything, so no need to stop at the store and spend $50 on spices for the week..Nice gas stove for cooking and gas grille on the attached deck for grilling, Lovely outdoor seating area on the deck and outdoor table. The living room has a very roomy sofa with adjacent seating which is very comfortable for family. We all enjoyed the pool and kayaks as it was 90 plus during our stay! Deb was very responsive to any questions and helpful with local suggestions, our only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer!!

We raised our 5 children here on the island. My husband had to move with his job to San Diego so I went with him. We hope to move back for retirement in a few years. I love being able to share our house while we are away !

We fell in love with Bells Island ! The vibe is so relaxing and peaceful. Hope you will love it too and have a great time with friends and family .

What makes this property unique

Our house has lots of space to spread out! The pool is great , cookouts , getting out on a boat or kayak is so fun with morning coffee or to go to dinner at Coinjock Marina. Biking and walking around is easy and there’s not much traffic! Great places to eat nearby as well.
