You and your whole family will enjoy this beautiful home on our secluded property just a four minute walk from the beach. Heated pool and hot tub make it a great place to visit year round. Community tennis and basketball court. No need to cross route 12 or any busy streets. Surrounded by trees, your beach home offers unparalleled privacy for you to lounge around the pool or hot tub and enjoy your vacation in peace. The pool is salt-water, which means it’s easier on the hair and skin. The pool can be also heated upon request (additional fee applies). You can easily practice social distancing at our home and our beach. Located in the exclusive community of Ocean Sands, Section D has private beach access which keeps the beach uncrowded and the soft sands pristine. Section D beach also has its own lifeguard on duty (in season only) for your safety. The beach house is big, bright and sunny, with plenty of activities for everyone (tennis, playground, games and more). Gas and charcoal grills as well. There is a tower sitting area where you can enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset or reading a good book. The house has 5 bedrooms (3 master), 4 bathrooms, a second living room area with SmartTV/futon, a private in-ground pool and outdoor shower. Two large decks allow you kick back and enjoy the sun, while staying close to home, or watching over your kids on our playground. A community tennis court is also one block away. The backyard has a bbq, picnic tables, swing-set and slide, plus plenty of sand for the kids to play around. For the golf lovers, we are right across the street from the Currituck Club, which is open to play for the public. We are not a big rental company. This is a family run business and we treat you like family. We are quick to respond if any issues arise and value the people who share our home year after year. We are confident that your whole family will enjoy this unique property and create memories that you will cherish for a lifetime. We had the best time! The property had so many things that we could utilize that made our stay so much easier (towels, beach wagons, fantastic beach chairs, plenty of cookware). The location was convenient and the walk to the beach was really easy! I dont have a single complaint

This was the cleanest house I have ever stayed in. It was very nicely designed with bedrooms on two floors. The pool was a fabulous amenity. I would go back again.

Nice place!

Property was extremely nice and well kept. The walk to the beach is not bad at all but know that there are stairs to get up and over the dune. Nothing crazy, just prepare for 20-25 stairs.The property manager is very responsive and we had no problems getting what we need.Dont hesitate to stay here, everything you need is close by.

We loved it!

We absolutely loved the accommodations. There was only one drawback. While the walk to the beach was relatively short it was a bit difficult carrying coolers, umbrellas, beach bags, sand toys, etc. up and down a good many steps. The beach was nice and not crowded.

Great vacation spot

The area is beautiful and the property is located so you have a lot of privacy. It's close to a grocery store and there is so much you can do for entertainment. We definitely hope to return to this area again.

Great house .... Beautiful beach

Our stay in Corolla was excellent overall ... the house was beautiful and fully equipped with everything on hand for a hassle free vacation ... the pool was bigger than most we've stayed at and was treated a couple of times during our stay so excellent service on that end ... the house is in a quiet cul de sac just off the main route into Corolla about 3 mins from Harris Teeter ... get your shopping done early in the morning because Saturday and Sunday afternoons its a mad house ... the beach is about a 5 minute walk but is accessed by lots of Boardwalk steps ... this was the only drag as hauling carts full of beach gear, chairs, umbrellas etc was difficult ... we found ourselves bringing less and less beach stuff ... only essentials by the end of the week ... the water varied from very still to big crashing waves throughout the week but is lifeguarded which is a massive bonus ... there were a few issues with sea lice on the calmer days ... the beach itself was quiet by OBX standards with plenty of space and beautiful scenery ... all in all it was a really enjoyable experience ... the house is located about 10 minutes from all the main Corolla attractions including the horses, jet skis and the 4 x 4 beach ... and 10 minutes from Duck ... perfect location ... great house ... beautiful beach and the owners were very easy to deal with and timely with their responses ... thank you OBX, we will see you again

Overall was spacious. Good location. Pool was a bonus. But we wish the umbrellas on the pool deck were more suitable. There were 2 umbrellas that didnt appear to fit the bases and therefore didnt provide any shade.

Wonderful OBX Stay!

This home is impressive. Lots of room for all 9 of us. Every kitchen appliance you could ever need or want. Pool and hot tub were fantastic! Home is close to beach. Check in was easy and Eileen, Property Manager was great to work with. OBX is wonderful, but this home made our family trip outstanding.

Wonderful property, great pool

A good time was had by all! Easy walk to the beach, lots of time spent in the pool and on the breezy upper deck, big table to play games. We are three families with college and high school age children and other than a few runs to the grocery store, nobody got in a car all week. Property manager was nearby and easy to reach. Highly recommend.

Lovely house

We very much enjoyed this house. Close to the beach, heated pool, and the playground were all great for our young kids. The house did not feel worn out everything looked up-to-date and clean. Property manager was responsive and helpful.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was very convenient. Pool was very clean. A new umbrella was appreciated. Short walk to the beach. They provided a packnplay booster seat and high chair. Hot tub a nice 105 degrees that I loved. Towels, beach chairs, well stocked kitchen, etc. Property manager was great and pleasant to work with… Thank you!

Oceans Sands is a great neighborhood and the house was a short walk to the beach. Having only one refrigerator was a problem as we had to keep our beverages in our coolers and continuously buy ice. Overall our family had a good experience!

This house was perfect. Quick walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub on the property. Extremely clean. Very easy to talk to owner. Next time we just need to bring an umbrella or something for shade. Highly recommend this property!!!!!!

Exceptionally Clean OBX Home!

What a nice surprise to come to an exceptionally clean house!!! We have stayed in many houses in the OBX and this by far exceeded my expectations. The house had all amenities that any family would need. The few steps to the beach were perfect and the private pool was awesome! I highly recommend this house to any size family looking for a clean, fun and memory-making vacation!!! The property manager was very punctual and thorough and always accomodating to any of our needs.

Exactly what we were looking for

We had a group of 12 looking for something close to the beach with a pool. Check in was a breeze and Eileen was very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The home exceeded our expectations in terms of amenities, space and layout. The house was equipped with everything from spare beach chairs, games, and even a beach cart. The location of the house itself was secluded, yet within a short walk to the beach access. With this house, all you have to do is show up and enjoy, everything you need is right there.

Perfect spot for a an extended family with young children!

We had a great stay! The house was immaculate and extremely well-equipped for a family with young children — there were even child-proof locks for the cabinets! The play set was a huge hit, and we all enjoyed the clean, spacious, and well-stocked pool area. We had absolutely no problems. The only drawback, which we considered minor, was the fact that there were about 15 steps from the beach up and over the dunes, making it a bit difficult to use a beach cart. The beach itself was wonderful, and did not have a steep drop-off like other places we’ve been. We would definitely return.

Great house! Great location!

We loved our stay. We had four adults and 5 children and had more room than we actually needed so it was great not to be on top of one another. My only note which wasn't a big deal is the hot tub could use some cleaning and work but we never even called about it so no fault to the owner or management. Pool was so nice to have and only a short walk to the beach which by the way has a lifeguard right there. I have never been to the outer bank where I had a lifeguard where we were and must say that we had an incident and were very thankful to have him available for us. I go to the outer banks all the time and will definitely book this house again!

Relaxing week

The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The homes are very close together in this area and we didn’t realize that the walk to the beach would entail carrying the wagon of beach chairs and other items up a flight of stairs and back down. The pool area certainly needs some additional shade. The one working umbrella was small and torn. The traffic to the home was very congested at duck beach. This was our lack of knowledge and had nothing to do with the home itself. Eileen was easy to work with and continued to communicate with us. The linens that were provided was only one set per bed and we had married couples that would have preferred their own bath towel and washcloth. Appreciated the many beach towels that were provided. Overall, a wonderful, relaxing week.
