Ideal waterfront Lake Ontario (Cape Vincent) 2 bedroom apartment (4 years old) built up high above existing garages with complete lakefront view/access. 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twins); sleeps 4; two full size bathrooms. Property includes a chairlift for disabled/elderly on the main stairwell. Bring your Kayaks/canoes. Marina slip available 1 miles down the road (18 foot max; $100/week extra to be paid upon arrival). Property is ideal for couples/families simply looking to unwind and get away. Located in a rural country setting right where Lake Ontario meets the St. Lawrence river (3 miles away from river delta). Also perfect for fishing trips (fishing guides available in Clayton/Alexandra Bay, NY). Within 30 minutes of the 1000 island region and all of its own sightseeing opportunities. 30 minutes from Watertown/shopping centers. Bedrooms/living room have ceiling fans, bedrooms also have stand up air conditioners. Property is owner occupied (lives in the main home adjacent to apartment over garages.

This was such a relaxing trip, even with a 4 year old tagging along! The location was absolutely perfect for what we were traveling for, and the views were amazing. Will hopefully be back soon!!

Beautiful home, relaxing lake views, wonderful host. The only thing that would have made the stay a little more comfortable would have included an air conditioner in the living room/kitchen area as well.

Beautiful apartment and amazing view. Very clean and comfortable bed. Location was perfect for our daily fishing trips. Host and owner were very responsive. Highly recommend and we will return.

Lovely apartment with a great view

It was perfect. we loved having our coffee on the deck overlooking the bay. It was quiet and clean. The owner was very nice and so helpful. We had a great weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The beds are super comfortable and everything seems brand new, with high quality touches. Really appreciated the water cooler and coffee! The deck is such a serene and relaxing space to look out over the pristine landscaping and the water. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a very nice and relaxing week in Cape Vincent. It was centrally located to check out all the other harbor towns for day trips. Alena, the owner, was very nice. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have an umbrella or ?? on the back deck...and new chairs. That's why it's a 4.

Peace and beauty on the lake

We chose this apartment for its location on the water and were not disappointed. Deck and yard have outstanding, panoramic lake views, and the clouds, sunsets and stars were just breathtaking. Clean and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds. Very close to a funky, local bar/restaurant, and just a few miles from the the towns of Cape Vincent and Clayton. Bought great wines at two local vineyards! Loved every minute!

Perfect Lake Ontario Stay

We loved our time here. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to stay for a week. The location is convenient to Clayton and the village of Cape Vincent. Bring your kayaks and bikes! Neighborhood is flat and great for bike rides and walking/running. The water is easily swimmable from shore and launching kayaks is easy. Peaceful and quiet, and owner is accessible but gives space out of courtesy. Would recommend to anyone!

Paradise in the 1,000 Islands

This is the best VRBO we've ever stayed at. Very well done, kept up, modern, and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The host was gracious, kind, respectful and very helpful and responsive. This was also the rare case where the house was better than the pictures and better than described. It was stunning! Sitting on the deck, watching the sunrise over the water was magical and breathtaking. I highly recommend this property!!

This cottage is very clean and new. Quiet area. Close to Cape Vincent. Supplied with everything you need. Just bring food and you are set. Owners are friendly and are accessible. Would love to return.

Lakeside get away.

Hosts live next door and we're helpful, kind and unobtrusive. Beach is a short drive away and very nice. Alexandria Bay is a short drive away. I would stay here again!

Location, location, location. Close to Cape Vincent and marinas. Very well kept place with first class amenities. Coffee and drinking water were a nice plus and the bottle of wine was a bonus !
