About this property

Thousand Islands, St. Lawrence River Getaway

Come enjoy our newly remodeled, quaint riverfront cottage in Peos Bay, on the St.Lawrence River.  Our cottage is three bedrooms with one queen bed and two full beds. Aditional sleep space is available and 6 people can comfortably sleep here. Our living/kitchen space offers an open concept with many windows to enjoy the breathtaking views the river has to offer.  We have also included  Wi-Fi, a smart tv and a washer & dryer.
 
Once you step outside you will see the beautiful deck and the private dock. There is two adult size paddle boards and one child size paddle board for you to use! Enjoy swimming, boating, fishing right outside of  your door, you can walk right into the river. There is also a outside grill and wood burning fire pit available. Make the most of the gorgeous outdoor space and don't miss a single sunset.
 
Check out one of the delicious restaurants, a local lighthouse and stop to browse at a quaint shop located right here in Cape Vincent. We are also just a short drive to both Clayton, Chaumont and Alexandria Bay where you can find even more restaurants, wineries, distilleries, boat tours, go- karting, golfing and much more!

Great Place, Great Bay

Nice, little cottage in Peos Bay near Cape Vincent. Updated, extremely clean, and great views of the water. The cottage has "everything" you need for your stay. Kayaks, floats, chairs, grill, firepit are just a few of the amenities. Leann was extremely communicative and made sure our stay was 5 stars!

Comfortable, cozy with a great view

Wonderful cottage, with a spectacular view, located minutes from Cedar Pointe State Park and short drive to downtown Clayton. The cottage interior is incredibly clean, nicely decorated and remodeled with thoughtful amenities including onsite laundry and an exceptionally well stocked pantry for guests to use. The cottage includes access to the boathouse amenities and I enjoyed utilizing the kayaks and paddle boards available for guest use and even the outdoor grill was immaculate. Very communicative host and overall great experience. Perfect for small families or friends getaway.

Family vacation

Place is nice and clean. There is only one window ac unit. The primary bedroom does not receive the cool air. Had 3 fans and ceiling fan on to try to cool that portion. Patio and docks are nice. Driveway to cottage is very narrow and turn is hard with boat. Water is shallow so we couldn’t bring the speedboat to the dock. Just as a heads up for others.

Wonderful cottage

Loved the cottage, the outdoor space, water toys, the lake, the views, and the wonderful host. Nicely renovated, simple and modern cottage, with a lot of supplies provided (much more than we ever had at any rentals). The outdoor space provides wonderful views of the lake and St. Lawrence river. Sunsets are stunning! From kayaks to paddle boards, to inner tubes and a floating mat, all in great condition, the kids and the adults enjoyed them all. Great communication with the host, LeAnn. She provided lots of info and recommendations for the area. Just a wonderful experience! We hope to be back soon.

A GEM

An adorable little cottage with FANTASTIC outdoor space and views; it really doesn't get better than this. LeAnn, the host, is super nice and communicative. Everything you need and more is provided. Fun outdoor toys for kids and grown-ups! The deck, beach, waterfront, and sunset views are just lovely. We brought 3 children under 3, and as waterfront cottages go, this seems pretty safe. The deck has a sturdy railing and a gate before the stairs to get to the water. The beach also allows for gradual entry into the water and it's nice to wade in because it's shallow. There's also land in the back with beautiful sunrise views too! The cottage itself is a beautiful, clean, and comfortable space. All the neighbors are very friendly too. I really can't say enough. We would love to return in the future. We felt right at home here.

Stop looking. This is the place!

The little bay is perfect. Shallow, swimmable, great temperature - but no weeds on the surface, just grass growing in the sand. The house is immaculate and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The AC as well as the washer and dryer and other appliances work well. The kitchen is well-equipped. Pool floats. Paddle boards. Cornhole. Plenty of places to sit, lounge, chill. Plenty of parking. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The location is simply grand - no joke: This place is paradise, and the hosts are an absolute joy to deal with. Long story short: I don’t want you to book this place so I am free to come back whenever I want! ;-)

Relaxing vacation

Absolutely wonderful property. So clean and well kept. Had everything we needed for a great family vacation. The hosts, Leann and Chris, were very accommodating and left us snacks, a case of water, and fire wood to use during our stay. The communication was amazing, Leann would respond to questions quickly. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation! 5 stars all the way!

Beautiful property

House was very clean with Beautiful decor. Kids love the paddle boards and fishing. Neighbors were very friendly. Owners had great communication. Highly recommend
