About the host

My family has been residents of Lake Tippecanoe for more than 50 years, We love summers at the lake. I'm a financial advisor, my wife is a preschool teacher. We live in Fort Wayne, Indiana, we are involved in our community and in our church.

Why they chose this property

My grandparents first purchased a home on Lake Tippecanoe in this neighborhood, Du-Cu-Nee Village, in 1967. They upgraded to another nearby home in 1972. That home remained in the family until 2024. We are thrilled to be able to continue to enjoy the Du-Cu-Nee Village and our precious neighbors and share them with you. 3 of our neighbors attended our wedding more than 20 years ago, one has since passed, and the other 2 neighbor’s children now own the family home. These are truly lifelong relationships.

What makes this property unique

4 years of renting, and we have never received anything but a TOP review, all 5 stars. We truly attempt to make you feel as though you’re at home. Aluminum foil, plastic wrap, plastic zip-lock bags, included. Hand soap at each of the three bathroom sinks, and hand soap and dish soap at the kitchen sink. 1 kitchen sponge. We provide dishwasher tabs, at least 1 for each night of stay. We provide plenty of coffee filters, several Keurig K-kups, extra toilet paper and paper towels. We communicate well and quickly with our guests and want your vacation to be special. So honored to have many guests return each year!
