Gated backyard features a deck & lounge area, dining table, charcoal grill, wood burning fire pit, & bean bag toss.

Wood burning fire pit available according to Jefferson County fire restrictions/allowances at your time of stay. Before using the wood fire pit outside, you must call the fire information hotline for Jefferson County (will be provided in check-in instructions before your stay). If there is a fire ban, you are not permitted to use the fire pit for safety reasons. You are responsible for fire pit supplies (wood), though there may be supplies left from previous guests.

Very nice place

Great place to stay, it was clean, had all the necessities and furnished comfortably. Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, mountains and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Bright family memorial

The property was clean and easy to find. The host was super about communication prior to and after pur stay. It was great that the master was downstairs as my mother in law cant climstairs anymore.
