Our customer service team is here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure.

We are happy to be contacted via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in Arvada, this spacious split-level home offers the perfect balance of comfort, style, and convenience for families and groups traveling together. With room for up to twelve guests, multiple living spaces, and a large backyard retreat, the property sets the stage for both relaxation and connection. Indoor living
Step inside to an airy, modern bohemian living room where large windows fill the space with natural light. A plush sectional invites you to unwind, while the open floor plan flows seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a smart refrigerator, and all the cookware and basics needed for meals at home. A fully stocked coffee station makes it easy to start the day right, and sliding doors open onto the deck for effortless indoor-outdoor living.

Downstairs, a second living area offers a more casual space to gather. A 55" smart TV sets the scene for movie nights, and a foosball table, board games, and oversized bean bag chairs make it easy to keep both kids and adults entertained. A washer and dryer are also available for longer stays.

Sleeping arrangements
The home features five bedrooms with a total of nine beds, comfortably accommodating up to twelve guests. Upstairs, the master suite offers a king bed and private ensuite bath, while a second bedroom has two twin beds and a third has a full-size bed. The lower level includes a queen room and a bunk room with two sets of twins, perfect for children or groups traveling together. All bedrooms are equipped with soft linens, blackout curtains, and clothing storage to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms are conveniently located throughout the home, with two upstairs and one downstairs. Each bathroom includes either a walk-in shower or a tub/shower combination, spacious vanities, and plenty of towels. The master suite includes its own private bath, while the remaining bathrooms are shared among the other bedrooms.

Outdoor living
The large fenced yard provides a private retreat for enjoying Colorado’s fresh air. Guests can grill dinner on the BBQ, dine at the outdoor table, or gather around the fire pit as the evening sky fills with stars. Keep in mind this neighborhood has children outside playing at any given time. Speeding will not be tolerated. Please do not exceed 15 MPH when in residential neighborhoods.
