Patterson Lake - Lakeview Cottage - Waterfront!

Enjoy a relaxing year-round retreat at this 2-bedroom cottage with a walk-out basement. Great for couples or families with kids! This cottage has 1 King bed, 1 Double Murphy bed and a bunk bed (2 doubles).

Patterson Lake is a great place to experience nature first hand. Deer, loons, frogs, turtles, and more can be spotted!

Clear and deep water also makes for great swimming and fishing! You can catch bass, sunfish, perch, pickerel, pike, and walleye.

AC unit in the main bedroom, please note that his is the only part of the cottage with AC.
Outdoor deck and dining areas equipped with a BBQ (propane supplied)
Firepit supplied with wood (To be used only when Fire Ban not in place)
Dock Area
TV with satellite channels
2 Paddle Boards
Gym: Bench with olympic barbell and plates, kettlebells (1x40kg,1x25lb), and pull-up rings.
Foosball table

- Hot tub is not currently not functional
- Wood burning fireplace is not functional and for decoration only

Other things to note:

Please note that there is another cottage located on the property. There may also be unleashed dogs on neighbouring properties.

Bath towels, Beach Towels, and Linens (Sheets and Pillow cases) are NOT provided. Please bring your own.

Pillows and Duvets will be provided.

Please be aware we are on septic, and only toilet paper can be flushed. NO feminine hygiene products or diapers in the toilet

Guests are responsible for removing ALL garbage and recycling from the property. There is NO garbage collection. Please clean dishes.

Limited cell reception

Starlink Wireless Internet is available; High speed for internet browsing, downloads, emails. VOIP and video calls work well most of time but may have a few seconds of lag every now and then. Performance may vary during weather events (heavy rain, snow, etc.)

There may have been pets on the property prior to your stay; this cottage may not be not suitable if you have cat or dog allergies.

-No Parties or Events
-Please be conscious of our neighbours and keep exterior noise to a minimum after 10pm

-Pets must be approved on a case-by-case basis, please inquire.
-Please wash your dishes after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.
-Please clean off BBQ after use
-Do not leave outdoor fire unattended, once done pour a bucket of water on the fire
-Take all garbage and recycling with you when you leave
-Shut off lights when leaving

Breaking the rules may also result in the following fees being applied:

-Unregistered guests at the property $100 per person per day
-Leaving Unwashed dishes: $100
-Bringing pets on the property: $300
-Smoking: $500
