The Tree Top One Bedroom, is an elegant, bright 2nd floor unit with tropical modern king bedroom, teak and rattan furnishings, spacious bath with separate shower and tub, spacious living/dining area and well stocked kitchen and offers privacy amid tree top blooms and tropical birdsong. The sunny, lanai offers washer/dryer in the 'laundry closet' and an umbrella table for warm evening dining under the stars or breakfast coffee with the birds.

Walking Distance to Wailea Marriott, Grand Wailea, Shops of Wailea and everything along the Wailea Oceanfront Trail.


Morning calm invites you to snorkel amidst the colorful coral at the edge of Ulua beach, stroll or jog along the paved shoreline path or just plant yourself in whichever of Wailea's five beaches that suits your fancy. Don't forget to keep your eyes open. During the winter season this is one of Hawaii's best walks for observing humpback whales. In the evening, sundown again draws you here for a romantic stroll, or perhaps a beachside cocktail.

Perfect spot to see the whole island!

This condo is perfect located to reach the beach and sunset views (2 minute drive) tourist shopping (25 minutes), sunrise spot (25 minutes) and tourist spots. We were close enough to drive to all the main areas within 45 or less. The onsite adult only pool was wonderful and we had it to ourselves for over three hours. I would highly recommend this condo.

This was our first visit to Maui and we enjoyed the island and the location of our Vrbo. We could walk to many beautiful beaches, shopping and eating locations. Also, it was convenient to have a parking spot right in front of our place for our rental vehicle which we used to tour many places on the island.

We highly recommend this condo for your visit to Maui. The host is excellent in communicating with you. The condo is well stocked for your stay with kitchen essentials, towels, and the bed is really comfortable. This condo is located close to the shops and the beach. We have stayed here several times and will return again next year.

The place has everything you need from full kitchen, Towels, beach chairs, etc.. There were more remotes that don’t do anything!! But who needs TV when you have the beach and the pool to enjoy!

Great place to stay

We loved our stay so much we have already made a reservation to stay at this condo again. It is about a 10 minute walk to the ocean with great beaches either way. The condo has everything you need and the kitchen is well set up for making meals. Good places to eat nearby too. We like that the condo and complex is quiet. The lanai overlooks flowering trees and shrubs so a great place to have morning coffee. Another plus is the high ceiling, fans and windows so great airflow so we didn't even need to use the airconditioning.

birds, Birds and MORE BIRDS

Waking to the myriad sounds of tropical birds was enchanting. The trill of zebra doves outside the bedroom window “lifted me” each and EVERY day. The condo was appointed in a lovely and charming way. Full size fridge was especially nice. So much to do and see - we never even turned on the tv. The size of the bathroom in a compact condo was great. We had a great time.

Great condo for exploring Wailea and south Maui.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is updated, clean and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. Having air conditioning available in both the main room and the bedroom was great on hot afternoons. It's only a couple minute drive (or 10-15 minute walk) down the hill to the shopping center and the walking path that takes you past all the posh resorts in Wailea. We went down almost every evening for a beautiful walk and to enjoy the sunset. We have stayed in several different units in Grand Champions and this one was better than the others. We would not hesitate to book this unit again on our next visit.

Roomy and quiet

Condo was well equipped and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet at night. Rooms were larger than expected. We enjoyed the birds singing in the morning and evening. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, everything was in great working condition. We weren’t left a parking pass so we did receive a tow notice, we tried contacting the rental manager in the morning and had a pass when we returned the end of the day.

Excellent Condo!

This is my second stay in this condo. This stay was just as good as my first. I come to Maui every year and have stayed in a lot of condos. I can say that this is definitely one of the best! It is very clean, comfortable and spacious. It also cools down very nicely which is very important after a day out in the Maui sun. The central location of this condo in Wailea is perfect. The Shops at Wailea (which include a market and restaurants) are only a three minute drive. All of the great beaches in Kihei, Wailea and Makena are within a 10 minute drive. If you like to golf as I do, the Wailea Blue course is right across the street and the great Wailea Emerald and Gold courses are 10 minutes away. I hope to stay here again on future trips to Maui.
