Comfortable two-storey villa with four bedrooms located at the heart of Montenegro tourism – Budva. Villa is quite secluded, so there is no noise by neighbors or roads. The Villa is surrounded by greenery and has 2 terraces with grapes and kiwi. Great location: shops and pharmacy are in walking distance. 10 minutes walking and you are at Budva embankment. The beach is also there. Becici beach is in 15 minutes walking.

1st floor - a spacious living room with a sofa and armchair, TV, air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle. Bathroom (shower and toilet), bedroom with French bed and air conditioning.

Terrace with sun loungers, summer outdoor furniture, outdoor kitchen for barbecue facilities.

2nd floor - 3 bedrooms with French beds, each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, 1 bathroom (shower and toilet). Washing machine.

Private parking area.
Perfect villa for a family vacation or a group of friends.
