The apartment house "Hanseat I" is located at the end of the Grömitzer promenade in the direction of Lensterstrand. The beach is only about 100 to 200 meters.

The 2-room apartment is about 49 m², in the 5th Floor with balcony in southeast location. The apartment consists of a living room with sea views and dining area (a large TV, as well as a stereo, large number of books and div. Games are available), a bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm - separate mattresses) and a large wardrobe, and a bathroom with bath / shower facility and toilet. The couch in the living room (or extra bed) can accommodate one more person. The kitchen is accessible through an open passage from the living room. It has a ceramic hob (4 burners), dishwasher, mini oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee capsule machine, coffee maker, egg cooker, waffle maker, quality cookware and blender.
Wi-Fi for a fee (1, - € per night).

Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and 1 child.
