This truly luxury Memphis Dream House with 10' ceilings and 8' doors throughout. Located right on the river bluff it was custom built for a very prominent Memphian. It has a splash pool, an elevator, a home gym, two balconies and nice courtyard all facing the river, 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (3 full, 2 half (one of the bathrooms is jack and Jill)). This place is the top luxury vacation rental in all of Memphis and the location cannot be beat. It's only a few blocks from Beale Street but just far away from all the noise and traffic.

This home is custom built and it overlooks the $60 million Tom Lee Park renovation to be completed in 2023. It's 3 stories plus a home gym in the basement. There is a screened balcony off the main den with a natural gas grill with lots of seating. There is an unscreened balcony off the master on the 3rd floor with views to die for. Located right downtown a few blocks to Beale Street is this 4800 sqft DREAM home with a splash pool, home elevator, home gym, under counter ice maker, dual ovens, dual dishwashers, XL laundry room, and much more. The den features an 18' top grain real italian leather sectional. Also, you will love cooking on this 6 burner Viking gas range. We do love this house so if you're group is prone to making a big mess, getting loud, or doesn't follow rules... please look elsewhere. Everyone else, you will LOVE this house. I used to live here and take pictures of the sunset almost every single day.

There is a natural gas grill for your use that has a dedicated gas line to it so no need to refill a tank. You will have use of the 2-car garage. This place does have an elevator, but it's not a toy. Please don't let kids play on the elevator. The elevator is to be used for handicap purposes or by those who cannot get up stairs very well.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well appointed and spacious. Kitchen is stocked and open concept to large living room dining area. Great for big groups. The views are fabulous, and the location is top notch. Close to large park, walking paths and within 5 minutes of Beale St and downtown.

This home is absolutely gorgeous! Very meticulous anddetailed. Very spacious, great for hosting/entertaining family/friends. MThis was a surprise trip for my husband to celebrate his 56th birthday. Family sibling/spouse weekend. Great location. Thank goodness for the elevator. The place needs a deep clean and a few minor fixes. The kitchen is a bunch of drawers full of utensils and a fabulous left over spice cabinet but lacking some of the very basics. For the top dollar price was hoping for a little more luxury. However, the host was great and quick to respond. Our group was over excited to get the weekend started and they accommodated us quite nicely. The pool is very small as pictures indicate but surprisingly fit our needs quite well.
