The apartment with sea view is located in 9. Floor and has an east-facing balcony with morning sun, which invites for breakfast. It consists of a living-sleeping area with pantry kitchen, a room with two single beds and a spacious shower room. The apartment is very well equipped, attractively and modernly furnished, and is ideal for both young families and couples. You can store your bicycles quite comfortably in the lockable bicycle cellar.

It is located in the Baltic Sea resort Schönberg in a refurbished in 2008 building of the former Baltic Holiday Park Holm, just five minutes walk from the beach section California. The kilometer-long, white sandy beach in California offers optimal bathing conditions, since it falls shallowly into the water, and is therefore also well suited for bathing and splashing with children.

The former Baltic Holiday Park Holm has an excellent infrastructure supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and doctors are in the immediate vicinity (about 4 km) to find, recreational opportunities such as mini golf, bike rentals and a sailing and windsurfing school there on site.
The resort has ample parking for the guests. Directly in front of the building there is also a bus stop for the lines 200 and 201, which run between Schönberg and Kiel.

The Baltic Sea California is located in the Probstei and belongs to the municipality Schönberg. California is due to its many recreational opportunities a popular holiday destination on the Baltic Sea and is ideal for active holidays and wellness and relaxation nature lovers and sports fans come here as well as culture lovers and peace seekers!

In summer there are many water sports available, such as windsurfing, sailing, water skiing and swimming. The time from spring to autumn is ideal for cycling and hiking tours along the Baltic Sea, z. B. along the Förde hiking trail or through the picturesque Holstein Switzerland. Popular destinations are u. a. the sunny island of Fehmarn, the Plöner Lake District, the seaside resort of Laboe or the state capital of Kiel.
