Einfach wunderbar

Viel Platz, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr schöner Garten ... Es war alles da, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen...Wenn wir wieder mal in den Norden kommen, würden wir erneut diese schöne Unterkunft buchen. Dankeschön für alles

Insgesamt ein schönes und großes Ferienhaus. Highlights waren die schöne Küche und Kaffeemaschine, Essplatz, Lesesessel und die Schlafzimmer. Der Blick in den Garten ist sehr schön. Der Wintergarten ist auch toll und abends schön warm. Nicht so gut waren: das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ungemütlich, das Fitnessstudio unbenutzbar wegen stechendem Geruch im gesamten Keller der auch manchmal hochzieht (schade, denn darauf hatten wir uns sehr gefreut), Dusche undicht, Möbel im Wintergarten und Terrasse teilweise alt und wackelig. Carport war durch Wohnmobil belegt, Parken nur beengt möglich. Trotz der kleineren Mängel aber insgesamt in Ordnung. Wenn die Familie wieder ein bisschen Liebe in die Details steckt ein schönes Objekt.

Sehr geräumiges Haus mit schönem Wintergarten. Leider fehlte der Parkplatz vor dem Haus, da dieser durch ein Wohnmobil belegt war. Der Fitnessraum war aufgrund unangenehme Gerüche nicht benutzbar (ggf. Desinfektionsmittel?). Ansonsten war aber alles ok. Kiel ist ein Besuch wert!

WIR KOMMEN WIEDER

Super Haus, alles was man braucht. Grosszügig auch für mehrere Personen. Sauber und gemütlich. Check in durch Schlüsselkasten perfekt gerade für grössere Gruppe. Wir waren zu KiWo da, passt perfekt. Bushaltestelle 5-10 min zu Fuss , Taxi zum Hauptbahnhof zwischen 20 und 25 Euro (je nachdem wer fährt ) Jederzeit ansprechbare Gastgeber, die immer sofort antworten und eine Lösung haben. Toller Garten. Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Immer dran denken: für Kiel muss man vorab auch gutes Wetter dazu buchen, bei uns hat das geklappt, 3 Tage Sonne

Das Haus war optisch genau wie auf den Bildern. Schöner Wintergarten und Partyraum. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles in allem sehr schön bis auf ein paar kleine Ecken, die etwas sauberer hätten sein können. Hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und auch in der Orga hat alles gut geklappt. Einziger Kritikpunkt wären vielleicht die etwas zu kleinen Betten/Decken in zwei der drei Zimmer, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau und hat unserer Zufriedenheit nicht im Wege gestanden :) Besten Dank nochmal!!

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Besonders toll war der Kicker und die Sitzgelegenheit im Garten. Auch dass man direkt vor der Unterkunft parken kann ist sehr praktisch.

Gemütliches Häuschen im Süden von Kiel

Wir waren ein Wochenende zu einer Familienfeier in Kiel. Für ihren Zweck war das Haus super! Die Ausstattung war super, es fehlt an nichts. Lediglich der Sand der Vorbewohner auf Tisch und Stühlen b war etwas störend ansonsten machte alles einen ordentlichen Eindruck.

Leider war der Parkplatz/Car Port(der zum FeHaus gehört u mitgebucht! war) durch das fam.eigene Wohnmobil belegt!! Auch wurde es nicht weiter ins car port zurückgefahren wie versprochen. Enge Strasse parken. Konnte schräg ins CP fahren,aber an Str stehen müssen. Kaffeevollautomat sofort auf Störung,nicht entkalkt gewesen. Wurde dann aber gleich erledigt,sodass am nächsten Tag lief.bitte an Alle: vor Abreise Maschinen zu kontrollieren oder Bescheid zu geben. Sonst ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Fe-Haus. Fitnessraum nicht benutzt

Schöne Zeit

Sehr nette Vermieter, alles exakt wie beschrieben, wir waren begeistert. Das Haus war sehr schön und hat keinen Wunsch offen gelassen. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und man kam trotzdem schnell in die Innenstadt von Kiel (10 Minuten mit dem Bus). Würden es immer wieder buchen.
