Bright, classic and modern furnishings, the apartment offers you maximum comfort for your vacation time. Through the floor to ceiling windows look through the surrounding garden over fields on the Baltic Sea 1km away.
In the spacious apartments are two double bedrooms with fully equipped bathrooms.
A living / kitchen / dining area with fully equipped kitchenette, island, dining table.
A sofa corner with TV, Wi-Fi network and stationary home computer (I-Mac).
The location
Johannisberg is 1 km away from the natural beach and bird sanctuary Grüner Brink. Cycle paths lead from the farm to the beach, Puttgarden ferry station and Burg. Johannisberg is located directly on a signposted walking track and on the official Mönchsweg with visibility to the location of the former "Peter and Paul Church".
The nearby ferry dock offers the opportunity for a trip to Denmark.
Enjoy the unforgettable view over the Fehmarn Belt, which in good weather even reaches as far as the Danish Baltic Sea island of Lolland.

The House Beltblick offers two large, comfortable apartments, located on Johannisberg, the far and wide highest hill on the island of Fehmarn.
Holidaymakers who are at home in the mountains will appreciate less the higher location, but rather the beautiful view of the Vogelfluglinie over the fields, the meadows and the sea.
The holiday home invites you to long walks or bike rides or to relax on the beautiful beach "Grüner Brink". It is not quite 1000m away and therefore easy to reach by bike or on foot. A signposted part of the beach is dog area.
Fitness is not too close:
Any kind of water sports (surfing, kiting, paddling or sailing)
Jogging, biking or walking - walk through the beautiful heath on the nearby, natural beach "Niobe".

On the terrace or in the huge garden you have enough space for barbecues, to play ball or just to sunbathe, and from where you can watch sheep, donkeys or other animals from the adjoining farm.
So that you can feel comfortable, we offer the following service on request:

    In the apartment is an I-Mac with free internet access
    There is a bike per apartment
    You get a list of attractions and selected restaurants on the island.
Fehmarn has the most hours of sunshine in Germany, and the fine breeze that sometimes blows around your ears will make you feel good and forget about everyday life.
The apartments in the modern new building of the former farmhouse Johannisberg are rented privately. Of course, you will always find a contact person on site who will help you.
