The year-round adventure swimming pool "FehMare" with wave operation, children's and sauna area is within walking distance, as well as the island bakery or laundromat and self-service market of the marina.

The apartment was completely refurbished in 2019. The kitchen has a large dishwasher and an induction hob. The bathroom has also been redesigned and equipped with a shower. The apartment has a powerful wireless internet, which you can use for free.
