Welcome to our AIRSTREAM by Living The Dream Cabins! Located just 2 MINUTES to Old Man's Cave, you will enjoy the perfect blend of vintage charm at our 1994 Airstream with a modern outdoor living space right in the heart of Hocking Hills State Park.

*Located less than 1 Mile from Old Mans Cave
*AWD or 4x4 Vehicles recommended to reach the top of the hill
*34 Foot Airstream (still a recreation vehicle, so occupiers above 6'2" may be cramped or have head room issues)
*Vintage 1994 Model airstream. Exterior shows signs of aging, although well maintained. Interior has been updated - very clean, modern, and cozy!
*Airstream features a 2-person Hot Tub with perfect size and dimensions to enjoy nature or watch the game on!
*Outdoor living room style area with a Smart TV, DVD player, propane fireplace table, and all the gorgeous views Hocking Hills has to offer!
*Includes a smaller Blackstone grill for cooking, a breakfast-style seating area, and plenty of deck space for enjoying nature.
*Inside the airstream includes comfortable couches and a table area that can be folded down to watch movies in comfort.
*Kitchen has a stove and dishwasher (No OVEN). Also includes a microwave, griddle, 2QT Crockpot, drip coffee maker, and most cooking utensils needed to prepare a meal.
*Miniature refrigerator and freezer combo machine that is ice-cold and perfect for smaller meals and storage.
*Bathroom has a stand up shower with hot water, however the hot water heater is small so it may run out of hot water.
*The bed is an RV queen size mattress. It is very comfortable although slightly smaller than a traditional Queen mattress.

Really enjoyed: The hot tub, fire pit, outside lounge area, being so close to trails. Private enough. Figuring out the airstream was fun. It rained a lot while we were here but it was nice to still be able to hang outside. The host was kind enough to give me cupcakes on my birthday. They were delicious. Thank you!

Went here for a quick surprise weekend date with my girlfriend and it was magnitudes better than a hotel. Highly recommended and we will definitely go back.Oh and the quality built structure that this is in is clutch if the weather turns. Wish we were still there!

Excellent rental experience- great communication, helpful recommendations for hiking and resources for arrival/departure and how to find or use the features of the Airstream. Absolutely everything we needed was provided! We especially appreciated the Blackstone for cooking and comfortable outdoor furniture since we spent the majority of time outdoors. Would highly recommend!!! Wonderful memories made in Hocking Hills!

The app created just for this property made finding the location, accessing it, and enjoying it a snap. Communicating with the owner was quick and easy. We loved the beautiful deck with the hot tub and then watching a movie on the big screen outside. This is a unique and special place, so close to many Hocking Hills attractions.

What a fun and unique experience! Great location for Hocking Hills! We used the outdoor portion every morning for breakfast and watched movies outside. Maybe because of the ceiling fans- but there were no bugs. The signs and labels inside the airstream were helpful and it had all the amenities we could ask for. Communication was easy and the host was extremely responsive when we reached out with a question about the hot tub. We were given the area events calendar and we were able to go hear live music at the local winery. All in all an outstanding experience. We would definitely return.

Recently went for my fiancée's birthday, and we couldn't have dreamed of a better place to stay. It was clean, beautiful, and seemed well kept. Eventually worked perfectly and as expected, and we were greated with a friendly and personalized thank you note, that made an incredible impression. We would highly recommend.

This place was just what we needed for a short little get away. Husband loves to fish and the lake was just a short little drive up and down the mountain side. Scenic views and lots of stopping points if you decide to do so. The camper was really nice. Clean and well appionted with everything we needed for our 3 day stay. We used the Blackstone grill every day for cooking. There was a 3 burner stove top in the camper but with the Blackstone, it was not needed. The inside of the camper was really cozy, clean and we had enough room for sitting at the dining table to eat and watch TV. But who wants to stay inside when you have an AMAZING outdoor area to watch the TV or sit in the spacious 2 person hot tub. There was a fire table that was perfect for night time watching that put off enough heat to keep us snug. Comfy out door furnishings. The whole experience was just wonderful. Megan, the Hostess, met us when we arrived. She was so pleasent to talk to and answered all of our questions.It was Husband's Birthday and she had left us a Birthday Cake and card. So unexpected and sweet of her to do so. We have no complaints at all. The whole experience is one we will treasure.

The Koblitz family has been visiting Hocking Hills for the last 40+ years, and in 2015 decided to build our own legacy. 

Ian, with 20 years of real estate experience, found his true calling in short-term rentals. He is the visionary and mastermind behind our properties – each designed to offer a one-of-a-kind stay. Alongside his wife, Megan, they have turned their love for real estate into something truly special – dedicating themselves to creating unique and memorable experiences for each of their guests.

In the last decade, we have grown our portfolio to include our OG Family Cabin, Treehouse, Underground Earth Home, Grain Silo, Airstream Glamper, and our newest Retro Cabin. 

However, we are NOT a big cabin company! Every property has been carefully designed, constructed, remodeled, and maintained by us. Our team is truly a family affair!
