Welcome to our modern and high quality furnished apartment, which impresses with its outstanding location directly on the marina.
From all rooms of this light-filled apartment you have a wonderful view of the promenade and the harbor. It has two bedrooms with box spring beds, one with a balcony from which to enjoy the afternoon sun.
You will also find a fitted kitchen, sauna, bathroom, fireplace, Wi-Fi and the latest consumer electronics. The apartment is with a size of about 88 square meters. ideally suited for four persons.
On the loggia you can enjoy your breakfast outside overlooking the marina and the promenade. On cooler days, the fireplace creates cozy warmth and the sauna invites you to relax.
Directly in front of the apartment is the promenade. There you will find a bakery, various shops and a restaurant.
In just a few minutes you can reach the sandy beach and the Baltic Sea, the pier and the nature reserve Graswarder; the city center of Heiligenhafen is only a 15-minute walk away.
A children's playground is located in the immediate vicinity of the Yachting; About 800 meters away is another playground with football court, basketball hoops and beach volleyball court and a skating rink. Also the Aktiv Hus is easy to reach.
During your stay you will receive free admission to the children's play world "Treasure Island".
