This high-quality dream holiday apartment, furnished with stylish details, offers 110 square metres of living space spread across the ground floor and ground floor.

On the ground floor, the spacious living and kitchen area is located off the open hallway. The built-in kitchen, with an adjacent dining table for 6 people, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, and everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. In the living room, both a wide upholstered couch and an armchair offer the best spots for enjoying the view of the harbour, the wood-burning stove, or the TV. You’ll also find free Wi-Fi here.

The ground floor is rounded out by a private sauna with an anteroom and walk-in shower, as well as an adjacent bathroom.

A modern, partially open staircase leads to the upper floor, which features three bedrooms and a full bathroom.

From the spacious “Captain’s” room, you can enjoy the impressive view over the marina and the Baltic Sea all the way to the Fehmarn Sound Bridge. From the room’s private balcony, you can watch the cheerful bustle on the promenade below from a wonderful bird’s-eye view. The room is equipped with a large double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and a daybed that converts into a full bed. A travel cot is available in the wardrobe if needed.

The “Offiziers” bedroom also offers guests a spacious double bed, closets, and a balcony overlooking the harmoniously maritime-style beach resort.

The “Smutje” bedroom features a bunk bed for restful nights. A washing machine is installed in the closet.

All windows in the bedrooms are equipped with blackout pleated blinds. Fly screens are available in some windows (not on the patio/balcony doors).

The fully equipped and lovingly furnished full bathroom features a bathtub, an additional walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, a makeup mirror, a stereo system, and a lighted mirror.

This exclusive apartment includes a private, marked parking space directly in front of the building, as well as a shared storage room for your bicycles (with a charging station for e-bikes).

This spacious duplex apartment with views of the sea and the marina is located on the “Sonnendeck der Ostsee” in Heiligenhafen at Graswarderweg 2, House 27, Apartment 47.

From the living area on the ground floor and the large bedroom on the ground floor, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea, the marina, and all the way to Fehmarn.

You can also look out onto the beautiful *****-star marina from the apartment’s side windows. Thanks to its prime location, the apartment is also very sunny and features a large sun terrace and two balconies.

Graswarderweg is an extension of the NABU Graswarder Nature Reserve. Thousands of birds live here, and it’s fun to watch the many birds flying in flocks over the salt marshes.

Heiligenhafen has a lot to offer and is very diverse. On the one hand, there’s the old town with its church, many small, charming shops, a department store, and long-established restaurants. Of course, many large supermarkets are just a few minutes’ drive away.

In the harbour, you can buy fresh-caught fish straight from the fishing boat as early as spring or enjoy it already fried at the fish market. There’s certainly no shortage of restaurants here. Let the variety surprise you!

The highlight of Heiligenhafen, however, is the approximately 435-meter-long pier, which was only completed in 2012. The pier is divided into several sections and also features a water playground for children.
