The apartment "Beyer - Driftberg 53" in the house B of the apartment complex can accommodate max. 4 persons and is located on the mezzanine floor. The living area of the approx. 55 m² holiday accommodation is divided into a living / bedroom with an open kitchen as well as a hallway, the bathroom and a separate bedroom.
The living area has a comfortable sofa corner, a double wardrobe bed and an open but fully equipped kitchenette. a. equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and other kitchen appliances; from here you have access to the furnished balcony.
The separate bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower / WC - a hairdryer is provided.
You have shopping in the penny market at the Sonnenkreisel (with bread counter), the nearest bakery is in the sky market.
The beach is about 15 minutes walk.

Der Vermieter war unfreundlich und die Wohnungseinrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Spülmaschine defekt. Balkonmöbel mit Klebeband repariert. Die Sauberkeit ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben die Wohnung mehr oder weniger nur zum Übernachten genutzt, daher ging es. Und zum Abschluss wollte der Vermieter uns noch Beschädigungen an der bereits kaputten Balkonlounge anhängen. Also wir sind bedient.

Bewertung Wohnung Grömitz
Vermieter war nicht sehr freundlich, ziemlich miesepeterig.
Objekt war soweit sauber. Toilette viel zu hoch, kam bei 182 cm Körpergröße im Sitzen gerade noch mit den Zehenspitzen auf den Boden. Schlechte Vorhänge, die kaum abdunkeln. In der Küche soweit alles da, sogar ausreichend Geschirrtabs. Im Inserat stand "Kinder willkommen", bei Buchung war das aber zunächst erst nicht möglich, mit Kind zu buchen - nach Anruf bei der Agentur dann doch. Info der Agentur: Vermieter möchte eigentlich keine Kinder. Bis zum Strand sind es fussläufig eher 30 min als die angegebenen 15 min.
