For your best time of the year we offer our modern and lovingly furnished apartment in the house of Kurgastes in the holiday park Heiligenhafen, about 550 m from the beach. The apartment in south-east location is located directly on the lake (20 m) and offers a beautiful view over the city panorama and the lake with its promenade. The 70 sqm apartment is divided into a living and dining room, adjacent to the loggia, 2 beautiful bedrooms, shower room with window and a fitted kitchen. On request, a cot or highchair is available for the little ones. You find your parking lot in front of the house of the spa guest with the number 9. We also welcome your pet.
We are looking forward to your visit.

Schöner Urlaub mit unschönem Ende

Die Wohnung war schön. An der Lage ist nur das wirklich riesige Gebäude hinter dem Haus des Kurgastes auszusetzen, welches einfach gar nicht in die Landschaft passt. Das Gebäude sieht man aus der Wohnung heraus allerdings nicht. Stattdessen sieht man auf den Binnensee, was sehr schön ist. Bis in die Stadt braucht man zu Fuß etwa 30 Minuten, der Weg am Binnensee entlang ist sehr schön. Bis zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten. Bäcker sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. In der Gesamtbewertung kann ich leider nur einen Stern geben, da wir bei unserer Anreise auf die Reinigungskraft getroffen sind, welche uns als Zigeuner beschimpft hat. Wir hatten vor der Abreise die ganze Wohnung gesaugt, fast alle Betten abgezogen, die Küche gewischt und den Müll rausgebracht. Der Aufhänger für die Reinigungskraft war, dass ich einen Stuhl aus dem Schlafzimmer mit einem Stuhl aus dem Wohnzimmer vertauscht hatte und dass ich einen Nachtschrank weggeschoben hatte, um das Bett an die Wand zu stellen, damit mein Baby nachts nicht aus dem Bett fallen kann. Das Bett war bereits zurückgeschoben und mein Angebot, dass ich die Stühle und den Nachtschrank noch zurückstelle, ignorierte die Reinigungskraft. Folgend bestand sie vehement darauf, dass wir falsches Bettzeug auf die Bettdecken gezogen hätten. Nach mehrfacher Beteuerung unsererseits, dass wir an dem Bettzeug nichts geändert haben, konnte die Vermieterin, welche zwischenzeitlich dazu gekommen war, dies ggü. der Reinigungskraft bestätigen. Diese zischte der Vermieterin dann das Wort „Zigeuner“ zu, als wir im Inbegriff waren, zu gehen, was meine Mutter jedoch hörte. Ich rief nach der Abreise noch einmal bei der Vermieterin an, um über die Situation zu sprechen, wurde aber lediglich abgewimmelt mit der Aussage, manchmal habe die Reinigungskraft eben Aussetzer, aber dafür putze sie sehr gut.
