The upstairs bedroom is a loft with a king-size bed, reading chair, and full bath attached.

You also have your own private patio out back with 2 chairs. 50mbps Wi-Fi in the unit with direct access to the router if you need to plug-in.

The loft features a 50" smart TV where you can stream your favorite apps. Please note that standard cable is not included in this listing.

There is a half bath downstairs, as well as the kitchen equipped with coffee, cookware, spices, and more.

The king-size bed has a comfy mattress and plush pillows, conducive to a good night's rest.

We provide a basic amenities, including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom paper and 2 rolls of paper towels and a bit of dish soap/detergent, shampoo, and conditioner. For longer stays you will want to purchase additional amenities.

Cubs spring training

We had a great stay! Home was very clean, comfortable and quiet! We were able to walk for coffee each morning to two great cafes within a block. Also very easy walk to Scottsdale shopping areas.

Perfect for Spring Training in Scottsdale!

My gf & I stayed here for a weekend to attend Spring Training games at Scottsdale Stadium, and this place was great. It's less than a 15 minutes walk to the stadium, US Egg, and Main St Scottsdale and all the delicious restaurants. This property is older, but has been given a decent facelift. The only negative - the light over the bathroom vanity is useless. Great for a couple of friends, as the beds are doubles.

Stayed one night and left.

We booked this condo for a week. We left after one night and check into a hotel. The stove and oven were dirty, one of the bed frames was broken and you could not sleep in it. The toilet seats were so loose they almost came off, there was a balled up blanket thrown on the closet shelf that had paper work and receipts from the previous renters, the bathroom tub had moldy and old cracked caulking on the tub and tiles and was gross. Now I know why there are no pictures of the tub or shower on the website. The management was no help other than to say we are so sorry. They actually said thank you for letting them know so they can make it better for the next renter. They admitted they knew the bed was broken but did not have one to replace it. We have rented 20 VRBO houses or rooms and never had a bad one until this one. As a previous reviewer stated, the pictures don't represent what the condo looks like.
