Our stay was awesome! The condo is very clean and nice, the condo pool was refreshing and the grounds are well taken care of. I would definitely stay again. Very short Uber into Old Town or you could walk, the restaurant options are endless! The botanical gardens and the hole in the rock is also a short drive. Great location!

We had a great 1st trip to Arizona. This condo complex is full of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. Picked our first ever oranges and grapefruit off their trees. Pool was fabulously warm. Great sidewalks, you can get a great walk in while checking out a ton of decorated landscape. The condo had everything we needed. Close to hiking, the Zoo, the Aquarium and shopping at Old Scottsdale. Great place!

Perfect family get-a-way!

We had a relaxing, wonderful time at this property! The condo was comfortable and clean. It had a small washer and dryer, which was very convenient, as well as a stocked kitchen. The pool was 90 degrees, had a 1 ft, 4-5 ft and 9 foot section—perfect for our family! A mile or two from main highways, easy for sight-seeing around the state. Would recommend, and would stay here again!

This rental was located in exactly the area we wanted to be … so many fun things to do and great places to eat. The unit was clean and exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, the AC cooled well, and our parking spot was covered & right at the front door. Jill was an efficient communicator, and quickly responded to our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fun Trip To Scottsdale

We absolutely loved our stay and would do it again in a heart beat. The home was exactly as shown and even better, the community was so warm and welcoming. It was only a short trip to everywhere we needed to go. We came down from Seattle for our sons baseball tournament and having a pool for the kids to splash around was such a bonus. I highly recommend this home. The ease from the moment we arrived at the front door made it worth every penny!

Quiet and quaint but not perfect.

Overall the stay was nice. Positives: plenty of towels, in unit laundry, nice pool, quiet neighborhood and close to many attractions. Cons: living room couch was cute but not comfortable, front screen door was broken. I reached out to host 2 times prior to check in with a question and never got a response.

Amazing time. Condo had all we needed to stay comfortably for the week. We enjoyed the gas grills by the warm pool and the pool table in the clubhouse! The community was super kind and helpful in our day trip plans. We started each morning with a walk to hole in the rock ( less than 1 mile on canal path) and caught the sunrise on multiple days. My daughter and I even walked to the Phoenix zoo using the canal path. So nice to have such easy access to such beautiful sights. My husband loved the fresh oranges and grapefruit that were growing all around the complex. Everything worked as advertised and we had a wonderful stay.

Good place!

Overall we enjoyed our stay! We are locals who had a wedding the weekend we stayed and needed to be closer to the venue. While the listing wasn’t inaccurate I guess I expected to be a little closer to old town Scottsdale than we actually were. The location is actually closer to other attractions like the desert botanical gardens, the Phoenix zoo, and Papago park which are all great attractions. Check in was easy and I was provided with all the necessary information. I did inquire multiple times through text and email about an early check in and never received a response. The condo was very clean, except the fans were very dusty upon arrival. Overall a great place to stay just wished there was more communication with the property manager.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Very neat and clean place. It has everything you need. The owners are very nice. They respond right away. The pool is nice. It is never crowded. Would stay again. Definitely recommend.
