This warmly furnished 19th floor condo at the spectacular Golden Sands Club, 109th and Coastal Highway, offers all of the comforts of a fine hotel. Beautifully appointed master bedroom offers a king bed and floor to ceiling views of the ocean sunrise. The bay side bedroom accommodates guests with a luxurious queen and a cozy day bed. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room makes available additional sleeping. Both bedrooms have TV/DVDs. The living room provides a DVD player as well. Sliders open from the living room onto a private balcony.

Additionally: Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Washer and dryer. Cable. Private WIFI Internet connectivity available (must bring own computer).

No detail has been overlooked to facilitate your comfort and enjoyment.


Amenities: The Golden Sands Club offers an indoor swimming pool year round, an outdoor swimming pool, a children’s wading pool, a large oceanfront deck with tables, chairs, umbrellas and a beach bar/grille. Men’s and women’s saunas, a large exercise room with nautilus equipment, a sky lighted atrium and a game room are located on the 22nd floor. Paddleball, tennis, shuffle ball and volley ball courts are located on the recreation deck. Along the deck is a promenade of shops including a sandwich shop, an ice cream parlor, a convenience store and gift shop.

Area: Located within 30 minutes of Tanger Outlets with over 130 brand name outlet stores in Delaware, the home of tax free shopping.

We had such a wonderful stay at this oceanfront condo! The location couldn’t be better — waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony with stunning views was absolutely priceless. The beach access was so convenient, and we loved being just steps away from the water. Communication with the host was easy and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

We sid have communication with the owner about the Master Bathroom Toilet and Tub draing very slow. We used the second toilet and tub for the rest of our stay. This is my 55th year of coming to OCMD and my 26 straight year at the Golden Sands.
