The apartment is comfortably furnished and can accommodate 2-3 persons for a relaxing holiday. The open plan living room offers a cozy sitting area with sofa, armchairs and TV. The kitchenette incl. Oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave etc. and the dining area are integrated in the living room. From the living room you also enter the west-facing balcony, where you can end the day with a glass of wine. From here you can also catch a partial view of the sea. There is also a terrace overlooking the garden. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and a wardrobe. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower with real glass partition and double washbasin / WC. There is also a guest toilet available to guests. The parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. Washing machine and dryer can be found in the basement. The offered here W-LAN connection is provided by the Telekom. We have no influence on the data, the speed or the condition of the network operation. 

In the Villa Jasmin apartments in different sizes are available. All apartments have a balcony, a terrace or a loggia. The center of Heringsdorf and the pier with shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Washer and dryer for a fee are housed in the basement. Bicycles can be parked in the basement or on the property. We ask the holiday guests of Villa Jasmin on your arrival 50 euros in cash to deposit a deposit (remote control) ready to hold, thank you.
