Schöne Ferienwohnung, verbesserungsfähige Serviceargentur

Manchmal läuft halt viel schief... 1. Am Anreisetag war unsere Ferienwohnung aufgrund eines "Versehens" der Argentur bereits vergeben und musste erst wieder geräumt werden. 2. Drucker in der Argentur kaputt, deshalb keine, leider schon bezahlten, Kurkarten, die haben wir dann selbst besorgt und nochmal bezahlt... Auf die versprochene Erstattung schon während des Aufenthaltes warte ich auch nach über zwei Wochen immer noch. 3. Fernbedienung in der Wohnung passte nicht zum Fernseher. 4. Haarfön gab während unseres Aufenthaltes den Geist auf. 5. Münzwaschmaschine im Keller war kaputt (2,5€ gab es auch nicht zurück...) 6. Einen Morgen gab es kein warmes Wasser. Ich sage nicht, dass die Argentur oder sonst jemand an allem Schuld wäre, aber die Häufung hat schon genervt. Auch wurden alle Beanstandungen umgehend behoben, aber genervt hat es leider trotzdem... Ein dort vergessenes E-Book wurde uns auf Nachfrage und ein bisschen hin und her dann zugeschickt, dafür vielen Dank!

Urlaub mit Hund

Ferienwohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt, aber für Urlaub mit Hund ist die Wohnung eher ungeeignet. Sehr hellhörig, es wurden ständig die Türen geschmissen und somit Dauerstress für uns und unseren Hund gewesen
