Welcome to our fully air conditioned, 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom renovated home, it is the perfect place for family stays, friends get togethers, stay-cations, and more! Our home offers a beautiful open spacious floor plan which is perfect for entertaining, a fully equipped kitchen with a huge island that is perfect for gatherings, fast internet with 150 channels, BOSE sound bar, and custom decor. A backyard with patio, lounger, BBQ, and protected by oak tree canopies will surely make your stay comfortable and memorable!

Located in the expansive leafy district of beautiful South Austin, this newly renovated Modern Farmhouse styled Home is surrounded by mature oak trees in a beautiful private setting, and is centrally located to all of Austin's attractions.

The property is spacious and private, but very close to all of Austin's wonder.

Among the area’s several malls is Southpark Meadows, with big-box stores and a cinema, while clusters of eateries include taquerias, BBQ joints, and sushi spots.

Whole Foods, Costco Wholesale, and other retailers are within 2 miles away. The shopping center also has Austin dining staples like Kerbey Lane Cafe and Mandola's. More locally sourced items are also close by in Sunset Valley Farmers Market and Central Market

Uber is our go to method of travel when heading out for the evening. However, Turo is a phenomenal service where we rent our cars when visiting Austin. Downtown Austin is only a 15 min Uber

This is a great vacation rental! We cooked a few nights and enjoyed eating at the table. The yard looks lovely but it was too cold to enjoy. The bed was great and all the living spaces are cozy and comfortable.

This house was less than a mile from the family we were visiting, and convenient to the restaurants, shops, and Christmas lights we visited. Also easy to get to from the airport. The host answered a couple of questions I had before check-in really quickly.

The home was very nicely furnished with a recent interior remodeling. Beds & bedding were very comfortable. Location is about 15 minutes from downtown. Very nice entertainment center (TV, Channels, Stereo, etc.). The owner was very responsive to our needs We would stay there again! I would give it 9 stars out of ten!

Great base from which to watch the 2024 Total Eclipse!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, roomy, and very easy to live in while we were there. It was close to shopping and some good restaurants (highly recommend Mandola's!). With no traffic, less than 20 minutes to the airport. Overall, it worked out great!

Amazing home!

My wife and I were looking for a last-minute place to stay in Austin. So happy we found this house. It was wonderfully furnished and clean. We found this cute home on Vrbo and it incredible from start to finish and was exactly as described, if not better. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The host was very responsive and gracious. The backyard was a mess and the lawn furniture was so dirty we couldn’t sit on it.Overall the house was very clean on the interior but was definitely missing basic things such as towel bars near the sink

Thank you for the review. Yes, this time of year it's hot, dusty, and the outdoor furniture gets dirty. We have let our cleaners know to correct this and I appreciate the feedback. The home is fully equipped and towels are nicely rolled up and/or folded in the bathrooms. We have never had a complaint about this and I can assure you all basics are there and more. Each guest is provided with new soaps and all bathrooms are fully equipped. The kitchen is also fully equipped so I am unsure of the basics that you are referring to that are missing. We take pride in the cleanliness of our home and we assure all guests, as you experienced, a clean and comfortable stay.

Graduation celebration

We booked this to attend a celebration of a family member graduation. The home was exactly as listed and a perfect setting for us to be comfortable after long days of events. Perfect location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with all needs met with items in the home and stores/restaurants all in close location.
