Welcome to our fully air conditioned, 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom renovated home, it is the perfect place for family stays, friends get togethers, stay-cations, and more! Our home offers a beautiful open spacious floor plan which is perfect for entertaining, a fully equipped kitchen with a huge island that is perfect for gatherings, fast internet with 150 channels, BOSE sound bar, and custom decor. A backyard with patio, lounger, BBQ, and protected by oak tree canopies will surely make your stay comfortable and memorable!

Located in the expansive leafy district of beautiful South Austin, this newly renovated Modern Farmhouse styled Home is surrounded by mature oak trees in a beautiful private setting, and is centrally located to all of Austin's attractions.

The property is spacious and private, but very close to all of Austin's wonder.

Among the area’s several malls is Southpark Meadows, with big-box stores and a cinema, while clusters of eateries include taquerias, BBQ joints, and sushi spots.

Whole Foods, Costco Wholesale, and other retailers are within 2 miles away. The shopping center also has Austin dining staples like Kerbey Lane Cafe and Mandola's. More locally sourced items are also close by in Sunset Valley Farmers Market and Central Market

Uber is our go to method of travel when heading out for the evening. However, Turo is a phenomenal service where we rent our cars when visiting Austin. Downtown Austin is only a 15 min Uber

This is a great vacation rental! We cooked a few nights and enjoyed eating at the table. The yard looks lovely but it was too cold to enjoy. The bed was great and all the living spaces are cozy and comfortable.

The home was very nicely furnished with a recent interior remodeling. Beds & bedding were very comfortable. Location is about 15 minutes from downtown. Very nice entertainment center (TV, Channels, Stereo, etc.). The owner was very responsive to our needs We would stay there again! I would give it 9 stars out of ten!

My wife and I were looking for a last-minute place to stay in Austin. So happy we found this house. It was wonderfully furnished and clean. Great base from which to watch the 2024 Total Eclipse!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, roomy, and very easy to live in while we were there. It was close to shopping and some good restaurants (highly recommend Mandola's!). With no traffic, less than 20 minutes to the airport. Overall, it worked out great!

We found this cute home on Vrbo and it incredible from start to finish and was exactly as described, if not better. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The host was very responsive and gracious.
