The property uses a private well water system that is treated with chlorine and a UV filtration system, which removes bacteria and common pollutants and meets safety standards. A licensed water filter technician services the system monthly to ensure water quality and proper operation, and the system has been checked multiple times since receiving this feedback. As with many well systems, taste or smell can vary at times due to natural mineral content. As noted in the reservation details, guests are advised to avoid consuming tap water directly and to use the provided Brita filter or purchase bottled water for drinking, based on personal preference.
