Updated historic triplex in quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to beautiful parks, shops, restaurants and entertainment in Bishop Arts District! The convenient location is on the Dallas Streetcar line with the station just a 5 minute walk. The line ends at the Dallas Convention Center, which is also close to Deep Ellum DART station. Dallas Methodist Hospital is just half a mile away, or a 15 minute easy walk on a flat sidewalk. This is the best location in Dallas!! Close to everything, but tucked away so you can relax when you're ready to wind down from a busy day.

The entire downstairs unit is yours! You will have exclusive access to the covered front porch.

You’ll stay in a spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated space. All of the charm you would expect from a historic home with all of the modern comforts to make your visit wonderful. Enjoy lots of natural light, hardwood floors, and plenty of extras.

This area is extremely walkable with restaurants and boutiques less than two blocks away. If you bring a car, there's room to park in the gated parking lot behind the house. You're also a five minute walk from the Bishop Arts stop of the Dallas Streetcar.

This is a triplex. There are two additional units upstairs through a separate staircase. You may hear others walking upstairs or see others around the property.

Please note there is only room for you to park up to TWO CARS in the gated parking lot.

In town for a conference and this was a great place for a few adults. Nicely done remodel. I wasn't familiar with Bishop Arts but it's a cool area with restaurants, coffee shops, etc within a quick walk. Would stay again!

Perfect Spot for Our Family Trip to Dallas

The home is beautiful and well appointed. The Bishop Arts District is cool and trendy with dozens of high-end restaurants, all within walking distance. Amazing location! Great for walking to go get a bite to eat. The rooms where so comfy and great to come back to after competing in a strongman competition! The owner Marisol was so incredibly nice and great communicator! I appreciated how well fast she got back to me and answered questions. It was a great drive distance to surrounding towns as well!
