About this property

Quiet and relaxation in the archway houses of the northern helmet settlement.

We have designed our apartments in such a way that we would like to spend our holidays ourselves. That is why it goes without saying that we clean and maintain the apartments ourselves.
When you arrive we will personally receive you at the apartment and take you through the apartment. A bakery, bike rental and Edekamarkt is located on Paralellstrasse.

This apartment is located on the upper floor of house 17 in the
Rheinstrasse / Nordhelmsiedlung, a small residential building renovated in 2010 and offers enough space for up to two people.
The apartment has a sleeping area on the open gallery in the loft. The gallery can be reached via an open staircase from the living area.
The living area consists of a separate kitchenette and a bathroom.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal dort und haben uns gleich wieder sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Ruhe, die Nähe zum Meer und gleich ums Eck ein Supermarkt - einfach top.

Eine sehr stilsicher gestaltete Ferienwohnung, ideal für ein junges oder junggebliebenes (wegen der Dachschrägen und Treppen) Paar. Die Gestaltung erinnert an eine Suite auf einem Schiff. Ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung befindet sich alles, was der Ferienalltag benötigt, ist also zu Fuß zu erreichen: Bäcker, Fahrradverleih, Supermarkt, Restaurant.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt auf Norderney voll genossen. Die FeWo ist geschmackvoll und mit eigenem Stil eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Hausrat ist reichlich vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und nahe zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Das W-Lan ist leider etwas schwach.

Die Lage ist optimal, Wohnung sehr schön. Der Auf- und Abstieg zum Bett gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Kissen waren uns zu dünn und zu klein, sonst alles prima.

Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen perfekten Urlaub

Ich habe eine Woche bei traumhaften Wetter auf Norderney verbracht. Dass der Urlaub so traumhaft und erholsam war, lag aber nicht nur am Wetter und der wirklich immer sehr schönen Insel, sondern auch an der Wohnung selbst. Zum einen war die Lage perfekt, nur wenige Schritte zum Strand, zum Lebensmittelmarkt und zum Bäcker, dabei ruhig und auch in der Hochsaison nicht überlaufen. Zum anderen aber zeigte die Wohnung selbst in den vielen Details, dass die Besitzer das Wohlbefinden der Gäste immer im Blick hatten: Die modern ausgestattete Küche und der gemütliche Essplatz wurden durch schöne große Dachfenster besonders in Szene gesetzt, auch der kleine Schreibplatz in der Ecke bekam ein eigenes kleines Fenster und nachts konnte man, wenn man wollte, die Sterne sehen. Vielen Dank, Familie Köhn, für diesen besonderen Urlaub.

Ferienwohnung im Torbogenhaus

Sehr schöne, gemütliche und saubere Wohnung in einem umgebauten Torbogenhaus. Sehr netter und reibungsloser Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Frau Köhn. Alles erforderliche wie Bäcker, Krusemarkt, Fahrradverleih ist fussläufig in der Nähe erreichbar. Die alte Meierei und die Norderneyer Brauerei sind auch nicht weit weg. Ruhige Wohnlage in der Nähe des Nordstrands. Alles richtig gemacht. Eine Leitertreppe führt zum Bett unter der Dachspitze mit Blick in den Sternenhimmel. Für Senioren eher weniger geeignet. Ihr solltet schon sicher auf einer Leiter klettern können.

Norderney im Herbst

Die Wohnung liegt in einem traditionellen Torbogenhaus sehr schön gelegen im dörflichen Umfeld. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind im direkten Umkreis. Der Strand und die Weite der naturbelassenen Insel sind nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Für uns war alles perfekt.

Schöne kleine Wohnung direkt am Nordstrand

Eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete kleine Wohnung direkt am Nordstrand. Fahradverleih, Bäckerei und kleiner Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Schlafbereich befindet sich im Dachgiebel und ist mit einer Treppe erreichbar. Dies setzt eine gewisse Sportlichkeit voraus. Achtung Kopfstossgefahr für grosse Menschen .

Schnucklige Wohnung

1 Woche hinterm Deich traumhafte. Wohnung wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, super gemüdlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett im Spitz es ist traumhaft! Grosse ab 1.90m Menschen müssen sich ducken. Tipp; unbedingt ein Fahrrad mieten. Auto in Norddeich stehen lassen. Surface besuchen. Stundenlange Strandspaziergänge machen. Eine tolle Insel. D. Tippe

Gerne wieder Urlaub in den Torbogenhäusern

Die FeWo liegt gleich hinter den Dünen, nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat uns sehr gut gefallen und ist super gut ausgestattet. Sauberkeit 1a! Der Kontakt mit Fr. K. war immer freundlich und klar. Insgesamt ein entspannter, toller Urlaub. Bei unserer nächsten Reise auf die Insel, gerne wieder eine FeWo in den Torbogenhäusern

Sehr sauber und gemütlich. Einziges Manko -> der beschriebene Internet Zugang, bzw. W-LAN hatte einen Mega schlechten Empfang. Ich hätte das Tablett auch Zuhause lassen können. Sonst alles super.
