Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf QualitĂ€t und Details gelegt wurde. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht, auch technisch ist die Ausstattung top.Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt – der Combi-Einkaufsmarkt ist in ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was super praktisch ist. Zudem gibt es einen Aufzug im Haus, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht.Und die Insel selbst ist einfach wunderschön – die frische Luft, das Meer, die AtmosphĂ€re
 Wir haben uns in Norderney verliebt und kommen ganz sicher wieder! Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war Top, es war ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort der einem alles kurz gezeigt hat.

Es ist eine super schön gelegene Ferienwohnung. Sehr gute Ausstattung, Fahrstuhl bis nach oben ins Dachgeschoss. Badezimmer, Wohnraum und die KĂŒche laden zur vollen Erholung ein. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Diese Wohnung kann ich mit fĂŒnf Sterne weiter empfehlen

Super nette Gastgeberin wie man es sich wĂŒnscht...wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einer schönen, sauberen Wohnung. Die Lage ist wirklich prima und somit alles schnell erreichbar. FĂŒnf Sterne hĂ€tte ich gegeben, wenn auch im Schlafzimmer ein Fernseher gewesen wĂ€re... das ist aber eine persönliche Meinung und einigen brauchen das nicht. Sonst hat die Wohnung eine hervorragende Ausstattung und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Eine Möglichkeit der Kofferaufbewahrung wÀre schön, wenn man um 10 Uhr auf der Fewo sein muss, aber erst abends die FÀhre nimmt.

Sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit einer netten Gastgeberin. Auch die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, schön nah zum Strand aber trotzdem zentral.Einen Punkt muss ich jedoch fĂŒr den Trubel aus der gegenĂŒberliegenden Fischgeniesserei geben und dem Duschvorhang, der seine besten Zeiten auch lĂ€ngst hinter sich hat.

Kleines Studio, mit allem was man braucht. Sehr liebevoll renoviert und gepflegt.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.Das einzig nervige war das Geschrei der Möven, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist musste wir die Fenster offen lassen.

Sehr gut gelegen, Strand ca. 400 m, GeschĂ€ftsstrassen ca. 300 m. Schöne Aussicht nach vorne. Sehr gutes Bett, schöne KĂŒche und ein schönes gerĂ€umiges Bad. Beim Duschen das Wasser nicht zu stark einstellen da das Abwasserrohr zu klein dimensioniert ist. Vielleicht ein wenig Nippes entfernen wegen besserer Ablagemöglichkeit. Wir wĂŒrden die FrĂŒh- und Herbstzeit bevorzugen da es in der Hitzezeit vielleicht im Dachgeschoss etwas wĂ€rmer wird. Trotzdem jederzeit wieder weil gute Preis-Leistung.

Aufenthalt vom 20. bis 26.6.2025

Wir haben zum Wohnbereich Anregungen: Das Sofa ist zu sperrig und auch unbequem. Der Baumstamm als Tisch ist originell, hat aber eine zu kleinen StellflĂ€che. Unser Vorschlag: 2 Sessel mit Kippfunktion und zwischen beiden Sessel eine Art Nierentisch. Vorteil: Auf diesen Tisch kann man zu 2 Tassen auch noch ein Laptop/Handy/Buch etc. platzieren. Außerdem wirkt der Wohnbereich grĂ¶ĂŸer. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung top.

Barrierefreier Zugang zur Wohnung mit dem Aufzug, allerdings Heizungs-Thermostate und Steckdosen teilweise nicht gut zugÀnglich. Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Urlaub
