Casa Dos Dragos holiday home with pool and sea view

The house with pool and several terraces is located in a quiet rural area on the sunny west side of the island at 517 m above sea level and is between El Paso and Los Llanos. You have a great view of the Atlantic and the mountains with beautiful sunsets over the sea. There is space for up to 4 adults and 2 children.

The holiday home was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. The spacious living room has a comfortable seating area with TV and a fireplace corner with armchairs. Adjacent is the dining room with dining table and 6 chairs. The separate wooden kitchen in Canarian style is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. For children, two single beds or a travel cot can be placed in the bedroom. The bathroom has a floor-level shower. The living room leads into the winter garden, which is equipped with a table and 4 chairs, a comfortable armchair and an exercise bike. The pool terrace is accessible from the winter garden as well as from both bedrooms. You can connect your laptop with the mobile modem (4G / LTE) and surf for free.

The special thing about this holiday home is the large saltwater pool, 4 m x 8 m, solar-heated, which is easy to open and close with an additional cover. Even in winter, the pool has such pleasant temperatures for swimming. The garden offers other different areas. A large Canarian pine tree provides shade for an additional seating area with direct sea views. In the lower area of the property there is a kitchen garden with avocado, manga, mango, oranges, lemons and olive trees as well as herbs. If ripe fruits hang on the trees, you are welcome to help yourself and taste them.

Absolute Empfehlung

Familie Nestl stellt ihren Gästen ein kleines Paradies zur Verfügung! Den Fotos ist nichts hinzuzufügen, denn das Haus ist wirklich so schön! Das absolute Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, aber der gesamte Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig gestaltet - man findet immer einen Platz im Schatten oder in der Sonne. In "zweiter Reihe" befinden sich ein Orangen- und ein Mangobaum; die Mangos sind köstlich! Im Haus findet sich alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht, selbst einige Bücher und Spiele. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt mehr als ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, Pfannen und Töpfe. Beim Kaffee kann man sich entscheiden: Filter-, Siebträger- oder Espresso- Maschine. Es gibt keine Mirkowelle, das war das einzige Luxusproblem ;o) Die Betten waren superbequem, die Schlafzimmer lassen sich mit Vorhängen komplett verdunkeln und die Sonne steht morgens nicht auf der Schlafzimmerseite, so dass es nicht zu warm wird. Außerdem sind beide Schlafzimmer und der Wohnbereich mit Klimageräten ausgestattet. Das Haus selbst befindet sich 1-2 km vor El Paso an der Durchgangsstraße, allerdings in zweiter Reihe, so dass man die Straße gar nicht hört. Es gibt zwei große, sehr gut ausgestattete Supermärkte im Ort und ausreichend Restaurants in der Nähe. El Paso liegt etwa in der Inselmitte und ist somit ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Nestl - wir konnten problemlos umbuchen - und die Bestreuung vor Ort durch Herrn Fibich waren super. Wir kommen wieder!

Schönes Haus in großartiger Lage

Das Haus erfüllt alle Erwartungen, die die schönen Bilder wecken. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gelungen. Für alle Gäste sind ausreichend Schränke und Kommoden vorhanden, um die Koffer auspacken zu können, die Betten sind bequem, der Wohnbereich ist sehr großzügig und der Wintergarten lädt auch bei weniger gutem Wetter zum Essen, Klönen und Spielen ein. Es gibt einige Sitzecken im Garten, die man je nach Sonnenstand und Lust benutzen kann. Der Pool ist groß und angenehm temperiert. In Haus und Garten kann hat man wunderbare Blicke auf das Meer. Für mich als Hobbykoch besonders erwähnenswert ist die Küche, die vorzüglich ausgestattet ist. Wann gibt es schon in einem Ferienhaus ein Wiegemesser oder einen Standmixer? Da ist es fast schon selbstverständlich, dass ein großer und sehr sauberer Gasgrill auf der Terasse wartet. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist mit dem immer erreichbaren und sehr freundlichen deutsch(berlin-)sprachigen Verwalter gesorgt.Das Haus ist äußerst empfehlenswert.

El alojamiento y la ubicacion de 10. Piscina fantastica. Todo muy buen, pero el problema es que entraron en la casa el primer dia con nosotros dentro y nos robaron el efectivo que llevabamos para el viaje. Los que entraron parece que conocian la casa porque sabian por donde y como entrar. Ya con eso todas las noches fueron casi sin dormir con el miedo que entarran de nuevo y con mis hijas dentro de la casa. El propietario se preocupo y al dia siguiente Sven nos llevo unos detectores de movimiento, pero ya el miedo lo teniamos dentro. Despues de eso no parecio que intentaran entrar de nuevo. Pusimos denuncia en la Guardia Civil y nos comentaron que no era la primera vez, y asi tambien nos lo confirmaron otras personas. La casa tiene puntos debiles en los que se puede entrar sin problema, deberia disponer de mas seguridad o de levantar mas los muros de la casa para evitar estos actos. Para quien se aloje en esta, que tome todas las medidas oportunas y medidas de seguridad que pueda. Y repito, la casa esta muy bien, la ubicacion es fantástica y la piscina genial.

Amplia y bonita casa con excelente ubicación.

Me gustó mucho la amplitud de los espacios, tanto las habitaciones como el salón. Con buenas vistas al océano y con un porche que da acceso a la piscina climatizada, al igual que el resto de las habitaciones. Todo en una planta, lo cual resulta muy cómodo. La piscina climatizada es una gozada cuando llegas cansado de las caminatas.

Vacaciones tranquilas

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en la Casa Dos Dragos. Tiene todo lo necesario y tal como se describe y ve en las fotos. Nos ha encantado la piscina climatizada y la terraza cubierta. Tiene aire acondicionado lo que es necesario. Sin duda recomendamos este alojamiento. Gracias a Christian y a Sven por su atención.

Casa Dos Dragos Erholung pur

Der Aufenthalt in diesem sehr schönen, großzügigen Haus ist sehr schön und erholsam. Das Haus, der Garten, die Terrasse, der Pool laden absolut zum Erholen ein. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist komplett und sehr gemütlich, der Garten und der Pool sehr gepflegt. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig. Betreuung durch Herrn Fibich sehr gut. Nur beste Bewertung und beim nächsten Urlaub würden wir wieder gerne dort wohnen. Familie Nestl hat hier ein sehr schönes Feriendomizil, absolut empfehlenswert.

Wunderschöne Finca mit Pool und Meerblick

Wir sind eben erst aus unserem Urlaub zurückgekehrt, aber immer noch beeindruckt von diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Die Finca und das Grundstück sind sehr großzügig geschnitten, man kann ungestört die Ruhe und den atemberaubenden Blick auf die Ebene und die Westküste genießen. Das Haus ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Auch in der Küche sind alle üblichen Geräte und Utensilien vorhanden, die man auch zu Hause nutzt. Der Pool bzw. die gesamte Poolanlage ist sehr sauber und funktioniert einwandfrei. Aufgrund der Beheizung über Solar und der zusätzlichen Abdeckung hatte der Pool im Februar eine konstante Temperatur von 24°C, was besonders den Kindern viel Spaß gemacht hat. Einkäufe können in El Paso (Spar, Hiperdino) getätigt werden, es sind nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Auch nach Los Llanos ist es nicht weit. Die zentrale Lage ist sehr gut geeignet für Ausflüge und Wanderungen auf der gesamten Insel. Positiv erwähnen möchten wir auch den sehr freundlichen Kontakt zu den Vermietern sowie die hervorragende und persönliche Betreuung vor Ort durch Herrn Fiebich vom Hausverwaltuns-Service La Palma. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und dieses Traumobjekt weiterempfehlen!

Ein perfektes Urlaubsdomizil

Ein tolles, gut ausgestattetes und sehr sauberes Haus mit einem nicht einsehbaren Grundstück und einem Pool, dessen Temperatur Anfang November zwischen 28 und 30 Grad lag (dank der Abdeckung und Solarheizung). Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig , aber für Unternehmungen und Einkäufe ideal. Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Die Kommunikation mit Besitzer und Verwalter war sehr prompt und freundlich. Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Schönes Haus in bester und ruhiger Lage mit fantastischem beheizten Pool

Das Haus ist neu renoviert, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr verkehrsgünstig ( 5 Minuten bis El Paso/Llanos 10 Minuten/puerto de Tazacorte 15 Minuten/Santa Cruz 35 Minuten. Man ist schon nach einer kurzen Zufahrt (manche Häuser auf La Palma haben abenteuerliche Zufahrten) auf der LP 3, aber das Haus liegt trotzdem total ruhig. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und beheizt, so dass man auch im April problemlos Baden konnte. Von der Terrasse geniest man eine herrliche Aussicht über die ganze Ebene und das Meer..... mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist sehr nett und immer zeitnah. Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert...wir werden sicher wiederkommen.
