In a family-friendly residential complex in Nerja, a popular holiday destination on the Costa del Sol, you will find this beautiful apartment with a shared outdoor area. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) and has a living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen (renovated in 2023 with brand new appliances), 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV and a baby bed (extra charge) are also included. On the private, 40 m² terrace, from which you have a great view of the sea, you can have meals together, freshly prepared on the grill. A small garden provides a relaxed holiday atmosphere. A children's pool, a shared pool and outdoor showers provide refreshment and the little guests can let off steam on the playground. The nearest supermarket, restaurants and bars are only 300 metres from the accommodation and the pebble beach with turquoise water, Playa Burriana, is only a 9-minute drive away. The popular hiking trails, which lead through the breathtaking nature of the surroundings, lend variety to your outdoor experiences.



Free parking is available on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The sofa bed can be used as a sleeping place for an additional child. There is a bus stop near the apartment.
