Attractive, spotless and well maintained one bedroomed apartment with large balcony set into the hillside with amazing mountain and sea views. Burriana beach is accessed down stairs via a beautiful walk through waterfall gardens. The apartment has access to a communal pool and bar/restaurant just 200 metres away and is within walking distance of the bars, restaurants and boutiques of both Burriana beach and the old town of Nerja. Accommodation: One bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in living area. Large terrace with table, chairs and sun lounger. Sun from early morning to late afternoon. Open plan well designed fitted kitchen. Modern bath and overhead shower. Free air-conditioning/heating. Free internet. Smart TV with comprehensive channel package. We had a wonderful week in Capistrano Playa. There is a big terrace with an amazing sea view. You have everything you need in this apartment, even a washing machine! It was light and clean. Air condition both in the living room and the bedroom.

The Nerja area was perfect. So close to the caves and a short drive to Alhambra. The best was the beach!

The instructions for check in are clear and detailed so it was easy to find. Facilities in the flat are basic but it has what you need. Nice balcony with great views, gets the sun in the morning.

Amazing property and even better view. Our host Jan was very good in getting back to us if we had questions. It’s no joke about the stairs to the beach but we got used to it quickly. Property is very well kept and it was extremely relaxing. We will book again :)

Lovely apartment in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It had everything we needed and the view from the terrace was spectacular. The TV had lots of options for British visitors though we didn’t use it.The pool area in the apartment complex is lovely, with a nice restaurant and bar. Sun loungers can be rented for 4 per day.It’s very close to the beach and only a 20 minute walk into the town centre, though it is hilly and there are a lot of steps. The only fault we could find was the batteries in the air conditioning remote control were dead but we bought fresh ones.We’d definitely book to stay here again.

Great property for a couple with wonderful views.The amount of stairs up and down to beach would be difficult for someone with walking difficulties but my partner and I were ok with it.I would have no hesitation in booking property on return visit.

So tranquil!! Extremely relaxing!! Peaceful!! Beautiful walk down through extremely well kept gardens to the beach!! Amazing views from the terrace!! I had two days when I didn’t leave the apartment I just sat and read and looked at the incredible views!! Have booked for next year !!

Stunning views

Lovely little property, perfect for couples or a small family. New, modern deco and immaculately clean. We have stayed in Capistrano Playa for many years and this property has one of the best views. Certainly not a criticism but the balcony would really benefit from a BBQ as it is such a lovely space it would be nice to cook about there. Would definitely stay again.

What a view!

Had a lovely stay, we spent more time in the apartment than we would normally as the view from the balcony was stunning, we loved being able to sit and listen to the sea. Nerja holiday apartment

The apartment was as described and was clean. Wonderful views from the balcony. Complex pool area was great for the family with good food options available. Quite a lot of steps to the apartment but there are walkways to even it out plus a lift to take out the last section. On the plus side it is located next to the top road so does give the option of taking the odd taxi and it is also located on the same level as the pool complex. All in all a very enjoyable holiday. We would stay there again.

Lovely apartment with amazing views

We have just spent 2 weeks at this apartment. It was perfect, easy check in process and only a short walk down the steps to Burriana beach. Steps back are tough but worth it for the amazing view. We had no issues with the apartment at all, it had everything we needed. We also made use of the pool area which is lovely. We will absolutely be staying again. We got engaged on the terrace because it is that lovely and the view is that amazing. Highly recommend!

Amazing 1st stay in nerja

This was our first time to nerja and we wasnt disappointed. Apartment has amazing views over Burriana beach, we spent alot of time on the well equipped terrace. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay is provided. Choice of restaurants are plentiful both in Burriana and Nerja. I managed to do an on line shop from Mercadona which was delivered on time to the apartment with everything i ordered. You do need to be quite fit to tackle the amount of stairs to and from the apartment to the beach.we have already booked for next year.

The apartment could do with a lot of T.L.C. how is cleaning the apartment between visits needs a kick up the back side, the apartment is well equip t including full UK TV programs, the view is is fantastic. all in all well worth a visit, once they get the cleaning sorted.

Chiminea rental with sea and mountain views

Beautiful property. Well equipped rental accommodation with lovely sea and Mountain View’s set in a well looked after complex. Lots of steps to climb up and down to beach. Very quiet, so close to beach and a lovely walk to Balcon de Europe. The balcony to this property was very spacious offering spectacular views. Would definitely stay here again. The toilet/bathroom door catch was broken so the toilet door would not stay closed. This needs attention. Could be improved by offering some dishcloths or sponge scourers for washing dishes and a spare toilet roll would be useful.

Lovely apartment with fantastic views

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this lovely apartment nestled in a complex of white washed houses. Unfortunately, our stay was interrupted by a heavy storm with tremendous downpour, which resulted in a power cut in our apartment. However, Jan, the landlord handled everything with great care and attention. They quickly communicated with us and sent help to supply us with lamps during the power outage. Overall, the communication was quick and easy, making the situation much more manageable. I highly recommend this apartment for its charming ambiance and attentive landlord.

Really nice apartment

This is as advertised a really nice apartment, ideal for a couples getaway. Let me start with two very minor points that in no way detracted from our stay but are just honest opinions. 1) only marked cleanliness as 4 out of 5 as some parts just needed a little more attention to detail, overall very clean and tidy. 2) woken every morning but workers replacing broken tiles around the complex, using pneumatic drills at 8.30am is not ideal but the work has to be done. The good points (too many to mention so just some main ones) Location was easy to find and parking was available outside, check in was easy and yes, those views are stunning. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and nicely laid out. Although the walk to the beach is via 200+ steps the walk through the garden area is stunning and you hardly notice the steps. You can walk to the local supermarket (Mercadona) is only about 12 minutes, Balcon de Europa about 20minutes via the beach. We will be returning to stay in this apartment again as its great value for money, great location and a perfect little escape.

Killer view and 'killer' steps

We have just returned from a lovely holiday in the above apartment. The apartment itself is a one bedroom which is all that is needed for 2 people. It is well equipped with all that you would need if you fancied eating in at any point, there is a large fridge freezer to keep food and drinks cool. The view is fantastic of the sea and beach and the outdoor furniture and outside space perfect.....2 loungers, so there is no fighting over them! and a good sized table with 4 chairs. The communication with the owners was first class, and they replied promptly if we had a query. The only negative I can think of was the amount of steps from the apartment to the beach (220 ish, my hubby counted) We ourselves, though not that young (early 60s) consider ourselves to be fit and active, but sometimes the steps each night to eat out were too much and I made hubby take the car. For anyone maybe not too good mobility wise, a car would be needed. That really would be the only downside, and that is not a criticism of the apartment, just the position.............I used the washing machine before leaving so I had no laundry to do once home....very useful. The only other thing would be that some extra pillows on the bed would be good. The other thing we noticed was perhaps the cleaner could check and ensure there are sponges to wash up with and cloths to keep the outside table clean from dust and sand......As I said at the start, we had a fab holiday and would not hesitate to recommend to friends.
