Attractive, spotless and well maintained one bedroomed apartment with large balcony set into the hillside with amazing mountain and sea views. Burriana beach is accessed down stairs via a beautiful walk through waterfall gardens. The apartment has access to a communal pool and bar/restaurant just 200 metres away and is within walking distance of the bars, restaurants and boutiques of both Burriana beach and the old town of Nerja. Accommodation: One bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in living area. Large terrace with table, chairs and sun lounger. Sun from early morning to late afternoon. Open plan well designed fitted kitchen. Modern bath and overhead shower. Free air-conditioning/heating. Free internet. Smart TV with comprehensive channel package. All linen and towels provided with the exception of beach towels. Shared pools with bar/restaurant.

We are a couple from Newcastle who fell in love with Nerja and bought our apartment 13 years ago. We have since modernised and refurbished it to our own standards because, as well as renting the apartment, we use it ourselves on a regular basis.
